    Finance Manager (GA)
    The Finance Manager oversees the Finance and Accounting operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial objectives and strategic goals. This role is responsible for managing profit and loss, budget control, financial risk, audit processes, and strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager acts as a key business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insights and simulations to support decision-making.
    Primary duties:
    Accounting OperationsReview and approve journal entries in SAP to ensure accuracy and completeness.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal group policies.Finance Business PartneringCollaborate with the Commercial Team to provide financial simulations, scenario analysis, and profitability assessments.Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.Handle Financial statements / GL for ZPC entities.Month End ClosingLead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regional office.Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.AuditCoordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.Maintain proper documentation and support for audit requirements.Budgeting and ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and presentation.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.OthersSupport compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.Review and Monitor Accounts Receivable Aging with Financial Shared Services (FSS) Team.

    Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Engineer to manage the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our warehouse and distribution facilities. This role includes oversight of critical infrastructure such as HVAC systems, backup generators, and material handling equipment to ensure seamless logistics operations and regulatory compliance.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Facility Maintenance & OperationsMaintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation), electrical, plumbing, and lighting.Oversee the operation and maintenance of standby generators and ensure readiness for power outages.Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment and infrastructure.Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs, inspections, and upgrades.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with local and national safety, fire, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments.Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.Project ManagementLead facility improvement projects including layout optimization, energy efficiency upgrades, and equipment installations.Prepare project budgets, timelines, and progress reports.Operational SupportCollaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support operational efficiency and space utilization.Support the installation and maintenance of warehouse automation and material handling systems.HVAC & Generator SystemsMonitor and maintain air conditioning systems to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.Schedule and supervise regular servicing of generators, including fuel management, load testing, and emergency drills.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cooling systems and backup power.Sustainability & Energy ManagementTrack utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.Recommend and implement sustainable practices in facility operations.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.Safety Officer 2 CertifiedMinimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, generator operations, and building maintenance.Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

    JOB PURPOSE
    The SFE Systems and Training Manager ensures that sales force systems, tools, and capabilities are effectively deployed, adopted, and continuously improved to maximize field force productivity and execution excellence.Own and manage SFE systems (e.g., CRM, call planning, performance dashboards, incentive tools).Translate SFE processes into system configurations and user-friendly workflows.Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, managers, and commercial support roles.Drive system adoption through enablement, job aids, SOPs, and continuous learning.Partner with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.Monitor usage, data quality, and effectiveness of SFE tools.

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo supervise the work and review the output of PAM-SupervisorsTo ensure that closing activities are performed correctly and required management reports are prepared and submitted on time.To assist the Finance Director in ensuring that policies and procedures of the PAM Department are implemented correctly and consistently and that departmental goals/KRAs are achieved.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Gross Profit AnalysisPrepare the gross profit (GP) analysis every month and ensure that sales & cost of sales reports are accurate.Book adjustments whenever necessary or upon advice of Vice President-Finance
    Maintenance of Commercial Terms AgreementMaintain commercial term agreement in Vistex based on contractEnsure that commercial terms and agreement are properly cascaded to the teamReview maintained List Price and related Cost in SAP
    Reconciliation of Accounts with PrincipalsProvide quarterly balance confirmation to principals and ensure proper sign-off by both parties
    Account ReconciliationEnsure that monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable Consignment Clearing, GRIR Clearing & Safekeeping Consignment Clearing and Promo Fund accounts are done and all reconciling items are adjusted accordingly.Ensure that reconciling items are resolved and adjusted on a timely basis.
    Accounts Payable ProcessingEnsure that invoices and other documents related to accounts payable and offsets/deductions are timely booked. Ensure submission of payment proposals to treasury at least 1 week before due date for accurate funding and proper bank assignment.
    Preparation/Checking/Review of Manual Journals (MJ) Debit Notes, and Credit NotesPrepare month-end adjustments such as reclassification of Inventory Revaluation Account and Unbilled Split Margin account.Check/review MJ’s pertaining to accruals, adjustments in Accounts Payable Consignment Clearing Account, GRIR Clearing Account, Safekeeping Consignment Clearing Account, A/P-Trade, Promo Fund reconciliation and other adjustments.Ensure that MJs are prepared and booked according to set deadline.
    Claims Receivable ProcessingEnsure that all claims to principal are properly charged based on contract.Ensure that all charges are timely billed to principalsEnsure that claims are collected on time or offset/deducted in the schedule of payment
    Attend principals meetings and address principal concerns and issues properly
    Coordinate with other departments in aligning with principal accounts management processes.
    Prepare other schedules as required by immediate superior, management and/or principals.
    Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or VP-Finance from time to time.
    EDUCATION REQUIRED
    Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business-related course from a reputable college or university. Preferably, Certified Public Accountant. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    At least 5 years as an Accounting Supervisor in an integrated system environment preferably in a distribution company.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

    PURPOSE OF POSITIONResponsible for the overall direction, supervision, and control of the Operations Pharma Division, which consists of warehouse and transport operations, master data management and return goods.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Warehouse Operations
    To ensure that picking and packing operations are done based on the division’s objectives, foremost of which is processing and delivery of sales orders on time and in full.To continuously improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.Monitor good condition of facility, on-time calibration of warehouse equipment, regular scheduling of pest control program, adequate fire prevention gadgets and security procedures in place to promote occupational health and safety among employees and premium service to customers.
    Traffic
    To ensure that delivery to customers are within established standards (quality, quantity, lead time).Plan, discuss, and negotiate with service providers’ freight costs, operational issues, transport and product handling guidelines.
    RG warehouse/MDM/VAS
    To ensure trade returns are processed and acted on timeTrade returns complied with agreed returns policy.Substantiate inventory balances in the system against physical count in the RG warehouse.To ensure the accuracy of data maintained in the system.VAS are handled with the highest standard of accuracy and efficiency

    People Management
    Hiring, supervision, and training of the Operations division’s managers and supervisors.Establish KRAs in line with company objectives and implement periodic performance evaluation.
    Miscellaneous
