  • Job Summary:
    You act as a strategic partner to the Online Business and CRM divisions, ensuring that campaign integration strategies support overall business objectives. You collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver cohesive O+O campaigns across the company’s Own Platform, CRM channels, and Marketplace platforms. You provide guidance on content adaptation, personalization, and optimization practices, and oversee advertising and promotion investments to maximize impact. Your role involves developing integrated solutions, drivin engagement programs, and ensuring that all O+O communication initiatives are executed effectively to achieve measurable business outcomes.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce or online category management.Hands-on experience managing a single category across multiple online channels (Own Platform, CRM, and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, GrabMart).Exposure to pricing and promotion operations, assortment planning, and supplier funding coordination.Comfortable using data to recommend corrective actions and improve performance.Strong coordination skills with Commercial, CRM, Marketplaces, Supply/Planning, and O+O Campaign Integration teams.Ability to manage supplier relationships and secure support for campaigns.Excellent communication and planning skills.High execution discipline and adaptability to fast-paced, multi-channel environments.

  • Job Summary:
    The Group Senior Category Manager is responsible for managing multiple categories, developing strategies and driving category plans and programs across the O+O platforms to ensure relevancy and improve market share, thereby achieving category brands sales, margin, and other income.
    This role focuses on:
    100% Delivery of total group category sales and achievements of all required agreements (TTA, promotions, etc.) according to agreed timelines
    Budget achievement for stocks weeks cover and slow-moving stocks through weekly coordination with supply chain on product assortment and decisions on SMS
    Conceptualizing & selling O+O category building programs to all category supplier and ensuring seamless implementation resulting in sales & OI target achievement
    Optimizing category sales and profit by collaborating with top and mid-tier suppliers for better margins
