DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the Regional Merchandising and Promotions Manager in executing superior brand staging through effective trade marketing and brand building efforts in collaboration with the National Distributor and the sub-distributors in order to gain Sales-to-Trade (STT) in all brands of the Business Unit.MerchandisingMonitors the inventory of the collaterals in the depots in the territory.Ensures proper utilization and installation of the Temporary Point-of-Sale Materials (TPOSM) in the trade through trade checks.Facilitates the deployment of the Third-Party Affiliate (TPA) merchandising team during the agreed cycle.Program ManagementCascades the program cycle to the TPA in line with marketing programs and its objectives.Checks the program implementation and consolidation of its reports in the territory.AvailabilityValidates the availability of the complete product line of the business unit in the following; Local Key Accounts, Point of Interest (POI) and General Trade.Distributor ManagementCollaborates a weekly pre-take off meeting to touch base with the business needs.Monitors the agreed manpower headcount of the distributor to ensure distribution, availability and merchandising.Collaborates with the distributor counterparts with regard to the program management, availability and distribution.Plans and executes the distribution strategy and sales to trade volume achievement of the Area Distributor Partner (ADP).Business Review (BR)Produces a comprehensive quarterly business report and presents when needed.
