    Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Financial Administrator
    Location: Remote, based in the Philippines - Must have home office set up with reliable computer and internet connection.
    Hours: Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.
    Start Date: April 27, 2026

    The Opportunity:To provide accurate and efficient support in managing student financial processes, including applications, payments, and account maintenance, while delivering excellent service and supporting collections activities.

    What you’ll be doing:
    Financial Administration – Accounts ReceivableAccurately complete and maintain documentation for student financial applications.Prepare and maintain financial reports, transactions. including tracking and reconciling student payments.Process and post monthly student payments in a timely manner.Enter, update, and maintain student financial data with a high level of accuracy.
    Student Account Support & Collections:Provide professional and timely support for student financial transactions and account inquiries.Monitor student accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.Support Financial Aid Officers with collections activities and payment arrangements.Communicate effectively with students regarding account status and payment expectations.
    Other duties as assigned, and which are in the best interests of the College.

    What you bring to the position:Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a collection's environment in an administrative or financial capacity.Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field is considered an asset.At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service-focused role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel (intermediate Excel skills preferred; assessment may be required).Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.Must have access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection and Windows 10.

    The Opportunity:The Data Analyst – Finance & Marketing Insights is responsible for providing data-driven intelligence to enhance enrollment growth, optimize marketing performance, and support financial sustainability across triOS and Eastern College. This role acts as a bridge between Marketing, Finance, and Admissions — ensuring that decisions related to student acquisition, conversion, and investment are guided by clear, actionable data.You will leverage data from multiple systems (CRM, marketing platforms, and financial systems) to forecast performance, model ROI, and monitor trends that impact both short-term enrollment targets and long-term institutional planning.

    What you’ll be doing:Lead & Enrollment InsightsAnalyze lead, registration, and enrollment data to uncover patterns in student demand and program performance.Identify high-performing markets, audience segments, and advertising channels that drive quality leads and conversions.Develop dashboards and reports that visualize enrollment health across programs, campuses, and marketing sources.
    Funnel Performance TrackingMonitor full-funnel metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, and time-to-enrollment.Reconcile data from multiple vendors, digital platforms, and CRM systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.Partner with Marketing and Admissions to diagnose funnel drop-offs and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement.
    ROI & Budget AnalysisTrack and report on Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Start (CPS), and program-level ROI.Model financial outcomes to evaluate how shifts in marketing spend affect leads, starts, and revenue outcomes.Support monthly budget reviews and campaign-level performance analysis in partnership with the Finance team.Vendor Lead reconciliations (Monthly)
    Forecasting & Risk MonitoringBuild and maintain enrollment and revenue forecasts that incorporate seasonality, historical performance, and market trends.Identify early indicators of risk to pipeline performance, such as declining conversion rates or lead shortfalls.Collaborate with leadership to recommend mitigation strategies and scenario-based planning models.
    Strategic Planning & Executive ReportingProvide actionable insights for annual marketing and enrollment planning, including target setting, market prioritization, and budget allocations.Develop executive dashboards and presentations summarizing key trends, ROI, and growth opportunities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance, dashboard automation, and cross-departmental reporting.

    What you bring to the position:3–5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or financial analysis, preferably in education, higher ed, or service-oriented sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Marketing.Proven experience working with CRM and marketing data systems (e.g., HubSpot, Slate, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Strong Excel and data visualization expertise (Power BI).Proficiency in SQL and data cleaning/manipulation.Experience with forecasting models and financial performance metrics.Strong communication and presentation skills for translating data into actionable insights.Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

    Job Title: Accountant

    The Opportunity:The Accountant will be responsible for executing the reconciliation function for the organization and direction set by the Director of Finance. This will involve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modelling, and analysis required to support the senior management team.

    What you’ll be doing:Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, identifying and investigating aging reconciling items and presenting action plan for resolution to the Controller.
    Conduct monthly fluctuation analysis across assigned areas, delivering clear, well- supported explanations of key variances.
    Reconciliation of all credit cards for both triOS and Eastern Colleges and resolve issues, if necessary.
    Proactively improve processes and efficiency by applying critical thinking and a high-level perspective to routine activities.
    Support general accounting and month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries, creating and maintaining spreadsheets for various general ledger accounts.
    Cross-team support in other accounting areas, acting as vacation backup to team members.
    Assist with ad-hoc project implementations and prepare ad-hoc reports, as requested.
    Assist in annual financial audit.
    Assist the Director Business Systems with ad hoc projects.
    Other duties as assigned, and which are in the best interests of the College.

    What you bring to the position:Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
    Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar capacity
    Must have CPA designation
    Strong and solid knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
    Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    Skills and experience with Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
    Excellent business communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
    Knowledge of Great Plains software is an asset.
