    Role Description
    The Driving Instructor (DI) OR Classroom Instructor (CI) is responsible for delivering high-quality driving education through both theoretical and practical lessons. The role includes teaching essential driving skills, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques, while assessing student progress and preparing them for the driving test. The DI/CI ensures a safe learning environment, maintains vehicle readiness, and adheres to company policies and safety standards. The DI/CI plays a vital role in developing confident and competent drivers while upholding the driving school’s reputation.
    Qualifications
    Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred)With atleast 5 years driver's license

  • Role Description
    The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role oversees two key HR divisions. Transactional HR comprises Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Labor Relations. Transformational HR includes Training & Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. The Manager ensures HR practices drive business success and nurture a positive organizational culture.
    The role also entails preparing and submitting monthly reports on departmental progress and accomplishments, while ensuring seamless communication across departments, supporting operational manpower requirements, and providing leadership through coaching and mentoring to optimize team performance.
    Qualifications
    Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred. A Juris Doctor degree is preferredAt least seven (7+) years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership or HR Head role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
