About the RoleSeeking a digital-savvy, data-driven Marketing Associate based in Manila to drive revenue growth. You will manage affiliate programs and high-impact KOL collaborations, analyzing performance metrics to ensure market leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to drive revenue via online marketing channels; including but not limited to affiliate programs, KOL collaborations, creator partnerships, livestreams and social media.Handle the full lifecycle of creator relationships; from scouting and onboarding to content direction and performance-driven incentives – to drive brand awareness and conversion.Analyze performance and track key metrics across all online marketing channels. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve Return on Investment (ROI), and pinpoint growth opportunities.Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our brand at the forefront.Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams.Support broader marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects.
RequirementsApproximately 3 years of professional experience. Prior experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, or digital marketing agencies is a plus.Fluent in English and Tagalog is essential.Must be proactive, positive, and eager to learn in our fast-paced environment.
