Role DescriptionWe're hiring a Marketing Executive Assistant to support our Head of Creative & Social Media with day-to-day execution across affiliate/influencer marketing, social media engagement, content coordination, reporting, and campaign logistics. This role exists to keep things moving so leadership can stay focused on strategy and growth. You'll be a reliable extension of the team, someone who executes with consistency, flags issues early, and doesn't need to be chased.
What You'll DoSocial media engagement on Instagram and Facebook (commenting, liking, community interaction)Research and outreach to potential affiliates, UGC creators and influencersTikTok Shop creator sourcing: outreach, automated invites, and sample coordinationReview incoming gifted collab and affiliate applicationsAmazon Creator ConnectionsHelp support the content calendar against marketing plansPull email marketing metrics and compile into a performance reportAudit existing creatives and build a suggested social media posting schedule for the week aheadDraft email copy when assignedSupport campaign and product launch coordinationUpload and manage creative assets; coordinate with video editors and designers
QualificationsExperience supporting a social media, affiliate, or content marketing team is a strong plusFamiliarity with TikTok Shop or influencer/affiliate program managementComfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Experience with Canva or basic creative tools helpful but not requiredExperience pulling reports from email marketing platforms is a plus
RequirementsExcellent written English — you'll be communicating on behalf of the brandStrong organizational skills — you manage recurring tasks independently without follow-upComfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and digital toolsReliable and consistent — this role runs on daily executionProactive communicator — you flag issues early and check in before making uncertain decisionsExperience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
