    Summary of the RoleThe Sales Specialist role is responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for all the Terumo Interventional Radiology Products & Terumo Endovascular Products, solutions and services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of Terumo Marketing Phils, Inc Commercial team. The Sales Specialist provides field support for the portfolio and uses the customer and competitor clinical knowledge gained from those interactions to adapt and execute the product marketing plan accordingly. These sales and profit plan objectives are achieved whilst working within the framework of contributing to society through healthcare and all Terumo Corporation social and ethical guidelines.
    Key Functions / ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual territory sales target by implementing company approved strategic marketing and sales plans.Regular reviewing of sales dashboards and preparation of monthly/quarterly sales reports, sales forecast, and other reports to ensure sales achievements are on trackBuild new and maintain existing strategic relationships with key clients, key decision makers, KOLs by making periodic visits for new opportunities and gain commitment to purchaseContinuously identifying prospective customers and represent Terumo in the best possible light for potential sales conversion.Understanding the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, and forming long term business partnerships
    Clinical FunctionBuild strong clinical relationships with customers by presenting the clinical value proposition of Terumo Interventional Radiology & Terumo Endovascular products and solutionsDemonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits, overcome client objections and continuously improve these skillsEffectively drive effective selling process and sales monitoring by conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and providing clinical trainingAd-hoc Support Cases for Femoral Closure, Lower-Limb Angioplasty, & Embolization procedures
    Support FunctionSupport Sales Manager to work closely with the Regional Marketing team on execution of events and activities for customersKeep abreast of the competitor activity to recommend necessary tactical action for new opportunities
    Consignment Inventory & Billing ManagementPerform Consignment stock take in assigned territoryInitiate daily top up process through 3PL distributorMonitor daily usage and work on billing processPerform consignment rotation and minimize discrepancies

    Summary of the RoleThis position is responsible for development of marketing strategy / plan and promotional activities including conferences / seminars, development of marketing collaterals, etc., and oversees their execution. The position develops value add proposition and provides inputs for branding of new and existing products. The position is also responsible for market research and providing relevant inputs for business planning and opportunity identification for business development / sales.
