Our founding team built many great experiences at companies like Facebook, Instagram, and Lyft self driving team.The Role We’re BDR's to be the first point of contact with new customers. You’ll handle inbound leads, run outbound campaigns, and uncover high-value accounts in multifamily and commercial real estate.     About the Role
    Swiftlane is looking for a talented Content Writer who is passionate about creating high-quality, SEO-driven content that ranks and drives measurable results. You must be available to work in the Pacific Time Zone. You’ll be responsible for writing, updating, and optimizing articles that attract and engage readers through exceptional research, storytelling, and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed with research, writing, and performance—a creative thinker who can produce best-in-class content quickly, while staying deeply focused on achieving organic growth goals.
    Outcomes You Will Drive Write 10 new articles/week and refresh 10 existing articles/week.Provide the most comprehensive, data-backed research on each assigned topic.Create human-led, high-quality content leveraging AI only for research or ideation if any.Write in a clear, engaging, grammatically perfect style for US-based audiences.Ensure all content matches search intent immediately and provides a unique angle.Consistently create content that ranks and drives measurable SEO growth.Contribute to achieving 100,000+ monthly organic clicks goal.

    About the Role
    We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter based in the Philippines to support hiring across a range of roles, including sales, operations, and other business functions for US, Philippines and India teams. This role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines through both inbound and outbound strategies, including email and LinkedIn outreach.You will work closely with hiring managers across the US, Philippines, and India, playing a key role in identifying, engaging, and advancing high-quality candidates.
    Key Responsibilities
    Source and engage candidates for various roles across the organizationRun outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to attract passive candidatesBuild and maintain strong pipelines across multiple functions (sales, operations, etc.)Conduct initial candidate screenings, including communication and fit assessmentsCoordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-endTrack outreach performance and optimize messaging for better response ratesCollaborate with hiring managers across different time zonesContinuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
    Requirements
    5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in sourcing and outsourcing candidates across multiple roles and marketsProven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment (not an entry-level or coordinator role)Strong experience with outbound sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to write high-converting outreach messagesHighly organized, proactive, and results-drivenComfortable working across US, Philippines, and India time zones
    Nice to Have

    Work Schedule
