JOB PURPOSEThe Online Engagement Agent is responsible to monitor and respond to all messages and comments received in the company’s Facebook page. This role also includes administrative tasks and the preparation of daily reports on customer interactions and lead transfers to the Sales Team (OR/CR Sangla, Corporate Sales, and Pre‑Owned Motorcycle, etc.), supporting improved coordination and helping to optimize the overall sales conversion process.
JOB SPECIFICATIONSAt least High School GraduateProven experience in social media management, customer service, or lead generation.Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize urgent interactions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate follow-up.Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite or similar social media management tools.Basic administrative and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in real-time.Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.Must have the willingness to work flexible or shifting schedules when required and can adapt to varying work hours to support business needs.Must have the willingness to work onsite.
