Here’s what you’ll be doing at work:Supervise end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to separation. Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs based on agreed SLAs. Enhance recruitment strategies such as employer branding, university partnerships, job fair participation, digital sourcing, and the like. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements, improve selection processes, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs. Identify training needs using a competency-based framework, engage department heads and people leaders as necessary to validate learning priorities. Develop the learning and development roadmap based on organizational needs and oversee program delivery, including timely implementation, coordination with internal/external trainers, and evaluation of program effectiveness. Acts as administrator of the internal training suite application for HR-led training programs, coordinating with training POCs for required updates and ensuring employees record their self-paced training progress in the system. Consolidate analytics and generates insights for decision-making. Supervise assigned team and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance. Act as an HR business partner for assigned departments, providing guidance on talent acquisition and training/learning and development. Foster strong partnerships with leaders to enhance team performance, guide talent discussions, and ensure successful implementation of training and development. Review HR reports including recruitment dashboards and analytics. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HR Director or management.

Duties and Responsibilities:Performs audits of drawings, specifications and other documents provided to ensure the accuracy of the furniture specifications.Ensures all data specified in the worksheet or quote is indicated in the floor plan and vice versa.Responsible for calling out errors and communicating the findings to the clients and in-house designers.Communicates directly with clients and in-house designers to ensure understanding of the audit scope, deliverables and clarify any questions.Involved in interfacing with client’s design staff, salespeople, contract coordinators and project managers.Ensures that data supplied such as field measurements and inventory of existing furniture are accurate and complete.Collects and updates designer preferences, client, and account standards.Calculates, documents, and creates audit reports as necessary.Encodes hours worked on individual projects into department database daily and monitors hours.Adheres to company policies, participates in company projects and initiatives aligned with company strategies.Serves as mentor to other auditors and designers as determined by level of experience.Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
