    The Opportunity
    We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide virtual support to two senior C-suite executives based in the United States. This is a high-trust, high-impact role requiring sound judgment, strong business acumen, and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll act as a critical extension of the executives—strategically managing time, anticipating needs, and ensuring their focus is always on what matters most.

    Your Impact
    Serve as the trusted right hand to two senior executives—ensuring their calendars, travel plans, and communications are tightly managed and aligned to business priorities.Own all aspects of complex calendar management across global time zones. You will need to understand and anticipate preferences, context-switching needs, and meeting priorities for each executive. Strategically schedule time for deep work, decision-making, internal alignment, and external relationship-building. Coordinate all travel bookings end-to-end—including flights, accommodation, transport, and agendas—with awareness of individual preferences and the demands of each trip.Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports (T&E) quickly and accurately. Track action items and ensure the executives stay on top of commitments, meetings, and follow-ups. Draft, proofread, and manage written communication on behalf of the executives. Take initiative on projects and tasks with minimal oversight—delivering outcomes that are complete, correct, and on time. Handle all information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Step up when required, including occasional support outside of standard hours during peak periods or urgent deadlines.
    Who We Are Looking For
    Experience – 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level leaders, preferably in a remote, fast-paced, U.S.-based environment. Education – BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. High ownership mindset – You don’t just complete tasks—you take full responsibility for outcomes. Strategic thinking – You understand the business context behind meetings, travel, and time allocation. Calendar, travel, and expense management expertise – You’re a master at handling complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and managing T&E with accuracy and speed. Tech proficiency – Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams), Zoom, and tools like Google Workspace.     Position Type
    This is a full-time remote position based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Working hours are aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 ET (20:00 – 05:00 PHT). A reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup are required.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis Manager  

    - Philippines

    We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analytics to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, experience building scalable financial models, reports, and dashboards, and the ability to leverage AI and automation tools to drive efficiency and insight. Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
    This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance and works closely with Sales leadership and cross functional stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, actionable reporting, and clear communication of business performance to management. The role will play a key part in strengthening the company’s financial reporting infrastructure and improving the quality of revenue forecasting and business insight.
    Your Impact
    Develop and maintain robust financial models, including the use of advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, macros, advanced formulas) to support strategic initiatives Translate sales leadership requests into structured, scalable reporting solutions Partner with Sales leadership to gather forecast inputs and deliver consolidated revenue projections to senior management Collect project updates, structure the data into standardized reporting formats, and provide clear, executive-ready summaries for leadership Ensure alignment between HubSpot pipeline data and financial forecasting models Design, build, and automate financial reports and dashboards for leadership Consolidate data from multiple systems and improve reporting processes to ensure accurate, scalable, and executive-ready financial reporting Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed data analysis Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to support financial decision-makingUtilize AI and CRM tools to implement automation solutions that reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
    Who We’re Looking For
    Experience & Education Experience: 6–10 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. High-Growth Background (Preferred): Experience navigating high-growth or fast-paced environments where agility is key
    Technical Skills Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency is required (complex modeling, macros, etc.). Modern tools: Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline reporting and data processing. Systems & BI: Familiarity with ERP systems and integrated financial planning tools. Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a significant plus. Data Literacy: Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and ensuring high standards of accuracy

    Position Type This is a full-time position. The normal working hours will be 6:00am to 3:00pm PHST, Monday – Friday. For the initial training period of approximately one month, the hours would be aligned with US East Coast Hours (9pm to 6m PHST Monday-Friday).

    Assembly is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, compiling, and presenting financial data for both internal and external management. The individual in this role will work closely with the Regional Head of Finance, Centralized Accounting, and Client Finance Teams.
    The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Associate Director of FP&A.
    About the Role - Responsibilities:
    Assist with month-end closing procedures, performing a detailed review of the P&L, and providing insightful commentary and analysis to regional leads.Prepare comprehensive management reporting packs and dashboards.Conduct in-depth research and analysis on issues raised by the leadership team, including variance analysis, to identify potential risks and opportunities, facilitating informed decision-making.Manage, organize, and clean large data sets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Create, monitor, and maintain financial models in Excel to support business analysis and planning.Contribute to the development of accounting systems, policies, and procedures to improve financial processes.Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance, identifying trends, gaps, insights, and potential opportunities.Respond to ad-hoc requests for analysis from department leads, providing timely and accurate financial insights.Review vendor invoice coding to ensure compliance with company allocation guidelines.
    Qualifications - Required Skills:
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably with a blend of accounting and FP&A experience (or equivalent practical experience).Solid accounting knowledge and strong financial literacy, with the ability to interpret and analyze the P&L.Advanced proficiency in Excel (including dynamic array formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling).Strong ability to work with large data sets, identifying trends and insights relevant for decision-making at the management level.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.Proactive approach to providing ad-hoc analytical support and responding to various departmental requests.Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
