    Role objectivesThe Financial Reporting Staff is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. The role ensures the integrity of financial data, supports month-end and year-end closing activities, assists in audit requirements, and provides reliable financial information to support management decision-making and regulatory reporting.
    Key ResponsibilitiesGeneralProvide support to the assigned Legal Entity - Finance in executing the full accounting functionGroup reporting in IDL & financial statements in local ERPAssist with the uploading of Budget figures in the IDLProvide schedules of accounts to the Legal Entity as neededSupport the annual external audit and year-end reportingEnsure correctness of the balances of accountsEnsure completeness of accounting transactions
    Month EndClose the accounting book within the required timeline, complete monthly financial reports, meet and upload reports in the IDLPrepare and enter journals as requiredOrder intake and order bank reportingCheck general ledger for discrepancies and process journals to correct any errorsPrepare necessary schedules and perform account analysisReconcile all balance sheet accountsMonitor clearing accountsEnsure that intercompany balances are reconciledPerform monthly bank reconciliationPerform Project Analysis before submitting to Financial ControllerAR, AP and Bank revaluation of accountsReview the Project Profitability ReportsReview the Back-charge tools
    Ad-Hoc TasksSupport the finance team with any unplanned or urgent tasks related to accounting or reportingAssist in special projects or system implementations as needed
    About youEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
    Experience:At least 2 years of relevant accounting experienceExperience with ERP systems and group reporting tools (e.g., IDL)
    Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasksGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to speak Mandarin is preferred
    Other Requirements:Experience in month-end closing and financial statement preparationFamiliarity with intercompany transactions and reconciliations

    Within the Products & Equipment business unit, SSI SCHAEFER offers a wide range of products and solutions for manual and semi-automated intralogistics. Thanks to the modularity of the portfolio, the products can be optimally integrated and scaled. They can be divided into the following four product sectors:
    Container: For both manual, semi- or fully automated warehousing, the product range includes numerous storage, picking and transport containers.Heavy duty racking: One of the most versatile pallet racking systems on the market for individual solutions.Shelving and Packing unit “colli” flow racking: Variable and high-quality racking systems for manual storage in single or multi-story configurations.Dynamic Systems: Semi-automated storage and picking solutions that can be customized to meet specific needs.
    Role objectivesThe incumbent is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution includedin the scope of delivery of SSI SCHAEFER during the installation phase. During this time,they monitor and document the installation progress and act as an interface between allactivities on site. As such, they are responsible for monitoring the performance of allrelevant tasks and activities during the installation phase to ensure a timely, efficient, andhigh-quality completion of all subsystems
    Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & CoordinationDevelop detailed project execution plans, including timelines, manpower requirements, tools, and materials.Conduct site assessments and ensure readiness before mobilization.Coordinate with design, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
    Onsite SupervisionMonitor daily installation activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.Supervise and provide technical support to installation teams and subcontractors.Ensure safety protocols and site rules are strictly followed.
    Documentation & ReportingPrepare and submit progress reports, project notebooks, as-built drawings and handover documentation.Track project status against milestones and escalate delays or issues as needed.Coordinate inspections and testing, such as beam deflection or load testing, and document results.
    Client & Stakeholder CommunicationAttend coordination meetings with clients and internal teams.Provide timely updates and address client queries or concerns.Ensure proper handover of completed phases to clients or end-users.
    Quality & ComplianceEnsure installation complies with plans, quality, and safety standards. Conduct quality inspections and resolve any non-conformances.
    Qualification & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).At least 2 years of experience in project execution or installation—preferably in storage systems, warehouse fit-outs, or construction.Knowledge of racking systems (selective, drive-in, mezzanine, etc.) is a strong advantage.Proficient in reading technical drawings and layout plans.Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.Familiarity with safety and quality control protocols on construction sites.Willing to travel and be assigned to different project locations as required.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilityEffective communication and interpersonal skillsResilience under pressure and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsTeam player with the ability to lead contractors and coordinate with multiple departmentsMust be physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.

    Role objectivesThe primary objective of this role is to produce precise 3D shop drawings and erection plans for steel structures, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and industry standards. The role focuses on collaborating with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure the accuracy and constructability of designs. Additionally, the position will contribute to the automation of drafting tasks and provide technical support throughout the fabrication and construction phases, ensuring seamless project execution and quality control.
    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings and erection plans using Autodesk Advance Steel or equivalent software.Generate accurate material lists and bolt summaries for procurement and fabrication.Interpret structural and architectural drawings to generate accurate steel detailing.Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability.Ensure compliance with company and industry drafting standards and practices.Identify and resolve issues related to geometry, fit-up, and constructability.Prepare and revise models and drawings based on feedback and redlines.Support automation of drafting tasks using Microsoft VBA or C++ (if applicable).Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.Participate in coordination meetings as needed.Provide technical support to fabrication shops and site teams during construction.Answer Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarify drawing details when necessary.
    Knowledge, abilities and experienceDisplay knowledge of drafting principles, practices, methods and techniques.Knowledgeable in Autocad or its equivalent engineering software3-5 years Experience in 3D modeling software with the use of Autodesk Advanced Steel is desired.Experience with steel construction or related field is desired.Knowledgeable of Microsoft office.Knowledgeable of Microsoft VBA / C++ programming is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
