Role OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns.This role will focus heavily on building customer segments and executing lifecycle email programs that guide users from onboarding through activation, retention, and re-engagement. You will help ensure users receive timely and relevant communications that increase product adoption and long-term usage.You will work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to implement automated campaigns that improve user experience and drive product growth.
What You'll Do
Customer Segmentation• Build and maintain customer segments based on product usage, engagement behavior, and lifecycle stage • Identify high-value segments and opportunities to improve activation and retention • Continuously refine segmentation to support personalized marketing campaigns
Lifecycle Email Marketing• Build and manage onboarding email flows that help new users successfully start using SocialPost.ai • Create lifecycle campaigns targeting low usage or inactive users to encourage product engagement • Develop churn prevention campaigns designed to retain users at risk of dropping off • Execute win-back campaigns that re-engage previously inactive users
Campaign Development & Execution• Launch new feature announcement emails to educate users and drive feature adoption • Create and manage the company’s monthly newsletter highlighting product updates, use cases, and insights • Plan, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation platforms • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and product positioning
Experimentation & Optimization• Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, timing, and content formats • Continuously improve campaign performance and lifecycle funnels • Identify opportunities to increase activation, engagement, and retention
Analytics & Performance• Track campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions • Analyze lifecycle campaign results and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness • Monitor user behavior and engagement signals to refine segmentation and messaging
Cross-Team Collaboration• Work with Product teams to support feature launches and product updates through email communication • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets • Coordinate with marketing operations or engineering to support automation and campaign delivery

Requirements• 2 to 4+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing • Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital platforms preferred • Hands-on experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar tools • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies • Experience building onboarding, re-engagement, and retention campaigns • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Nice to Have• Experience working in startup environments or fast-growing SaaS companies • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog • Experience with email deliverability and automation best practices • Basic knowledge of HTML email templates

What You’ll Own
You will build and manage AI agents that operate across:

The RoleThis isn't a generalist design job. We're looking for someone who has spent real time inside businesses, restaurants, law firms, real estate agencies, gyms, med spas, e-commerce brands, and knows exactly what makes their content work. You'll own our social media template library, building it, growing it, and keeping it performing across every major platform and industry vertical.
What You'll Own
Template Library Creation Design and build a broad, high-converting library of social media templates spanning Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, organized by industry, use case, and post type, promotional, educational, engagement, seasonal, and more.
Multi-Industry Expertise Produce templates that feel native to the brand voice of diverse verticals, restaurants, retail, healthcare, fitness, real estate, professional services, beauty, hospitality, and more.
Platform-Optimized Formats Master every format, feed posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, LinkedIn banners, event flyers, promotional graphics, and short-form video thumbnails.
Canva System Management Own and maintain SocialPost's Canva workspace, organize the template library, enforce brand consistency, and ensure every asset is production-ready and easily customizable by end users.
Content Calendar Support Develop visual assets that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal moments, and product launches, staying 2–4 weeks ahead of the content calendar.
Performance Feedback Loop Monitor engagement and performance data on published templates, identify what's converting, and iterate the library accordingly.
Website & Email Assets Manage and update company websites built on Wix, create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing collateral as needed.
Trend Monitoring Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and visual design trends across every industry we serve, and bring those insights into the template roadmap.
