  • Job Summary:The ERP Solution Architect is a critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable ERP solutions that align with the organization's business objectives. This role involves deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, RAMCO), and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments. The ERP Solution Architect will lead the technical design, configuration, and integration of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
    Responsibilities:Solution Design and Architecture:Develop and document comprehensive ERP solution architectures, including system landscapes, data models, and integration strategies.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.Evaluate and recommend ERP solutions and technologies that best meet the organization's needs.Design and implement customizations and extensions to ERP systems to address specific business requirements.Implementation and Configuration:Lead the technical aspects of ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, and testing.Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for ERP system development and implementation.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ERP systems.Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications.Technical Leadership and Collaboration:Provide technical leadership and guidance to ERP development and support teams.Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful ERP implementations.Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for end-users and IT staff.Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and trends.System Maintenance and Optimization:Monitor ERP system performance and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies for system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.Optimize ERP system configurations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Documentation and Standards:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP system configurations, processes, and procedures.Establish and enforce standards for ERP system development and maintenance.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
    Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum five (5) years of experience as an ERP Solution Architect or similar role.Extensive experience with one or more major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, RAMCO); RAMCO ERP preferred.Strong understanding of business processes and ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR).Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).Experience with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).Experience with Cloud ERP solutions is a strong plus.Experience with development tools related to the chosen ERP system.     Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.With work experience in Accounting.At least two (2) full lifecycle implementations as an SAP FI functional consultant.Analytical with strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledgeable in financial processes and basic Philippine taxation reporting requirements.Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
