JOB DESCRIPTIONTraining Design, Development and Implementation Consolidate identified training/learning needs for EDD divisions created from Training Needs Analysis. Design and develop training programs based on the results of TNAs. Schedules training programs as resulted from the Training Plan Ensures completion of all needed training logistics to ensure the smooth flow of implementation (e.g., food, snacks, coffee setups, materials/activities, room reservations, etc.). Monitor the completion of different L&OD trainings and programs. Prepare post training reports and associated analytics (e.g., attendance sheets, evaluation forms, learning checks/quizzes, training evaluation summaries, training database). Ensure upkeep and maintenance of training logistics and equipment. Coordinates with external training providers on the end-to-end requirements and deliverables (i.e., registration, payment processing, monitoring of completion, etc.) Performance Management Assist in the creation of promotion board materials. Coordinating with different point persons for the needed information for promotion boards. Expense Management Liquidate and process receipts from L&OD-related expenses Monitor all expenses to ensure all are within the approved L&OD budget
