The Role: Senior Factory Production Planner
What will you do?
Responsible for creating feasible daily/weekly production schedules for Schneider Electric’s Cavite and Rosario manufacturing plants. Ensures that demand, materials, and capacity are aligned so production executes according to plan, supporting OTD and factory performance targets.

Production Scheduling & Capacity Planning – 40%Develop detailed production schedules per line/cell based on demand, backlog, and factory capacity.Validate machine, manpower, and line availability to ensure schedules are realistic and executable.Release optimized daily/weekly schedules to Operations and ensure alignment with takt time and available resources.2. What will you do?
The Material Planner is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production requirements, customer schedules, and inventory targets. The role focuses on MRP execution, PO management, supplier alignment, inventory control, and mitigation of supply risks.

The Role: Transport Cost Productivity Analysts
What will you do?
Analyze logistics expenses, including freight, warehousing, customs broker invoices, trucking, container yard fees, demurrage/detention, and other related costs.Prepare monthly dashboard reports on costs, including variance analysis versus forecast and budget.Prepare logistics cost‑to‑sales analysis, savings reports, trends, and risk assessments, and present findings to management.Supervise the auditing of freight activities and ensure accuracy.Review requisitions and generate purchase orders for warehouse and operations expenses.Coordinate with service providers for the timely submission of accruals and ensure these are submitted to Finance on time.Ensure all rate references are available, updated, and ready for audit.Review and establish procedures for freight audit operations.Ensure compliance and controls are aligned with company policies and procedures.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Logistics.Experience in logistics finance, freight auditing, and supply chain analytics.Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export documentation, and freight cost components.Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Knowledgeable and competent in using AI, automation, and emerging industry technologies (an advantage).Work location: Rosario, Cavite

The Role: Supply Chain Planning Manager
What will you do?
Supplier Coordination and Management: Working with suppliers and carriers to ensure the timely delivery of local raw components needed for production through pull ticket management. This includes monitoring supplier performance to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements, including the MIN MAX requirements. Recommends and participates in the qualification process of alternative suppliers for each commodity. Resolves material planning problems/constraints involving material availability that affect the overall production operations to ensure timely products’ delivery and/or shipment. Ensures the on-time placement and delivery of purchase orders based on the system lead time at the lowest price and based on the approved vendor list. Logistics Planning and Coordination: Collaborating with the logistics team and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to plan the transportation, warehousing, and storage of incoming materials. This involves ensuring efficient inbound freight logistics and customs compliance. Negotiates and discusses with operations regarding the adjustment of shipping commitments due to supply constraints. Ensure optimal efficiency in freight operations, customs compliance, and logistics modes to support timely and cost-effective production. Demand and Supply Forecasting: Collaborating with demand planners and internal departments to align material supply plans with demand forecasts and production schedules. Conference with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure the availability of materials or products. Facilitates Regular Shortage Reviews to address Shortage gaps and mitigate supply risks. Cost Management and Optimization: Analyzing freight charges and overall supply chain costs to identify savings opportunities and implement cost-effective transportation and logistics solutions. Searches for continued cost reduction opportunities through alternative suppliers, cost estimation activities, and continued supplier negotiations. Transformation/Process Improvement and Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential supply chain disruptions, developing contingency plans, and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of upstream operations.
