About the job We are seeking an entry to intermediate level Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation. Responsibilities:Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.Utilize estimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required for this position.5 years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading construction blueprints on a daily basis.Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers.Detailed, organized, and precise.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stokehold
