    Designing Training Modules● Study the scope, methods, processes and tools necessary to perform the job● Research appropriate techniques to help efficiently perform the task● Design training modules and prepare exercises, exams and activities● Participate in constantly improving training curriculum by evaluating and updating modules and other training materials● Conduct Post Training Reviews for all New Hire classes handled and provide insights and recommendations
    Facilitating Product Training● Discuss program procedures and processes to new hires● Present necessary audio-video presentation, charts, recordings● Administer exercises, written exams and call simulations and practical tests● Organize class, groups and one-on-one activities for lesson retention● Recognize and reward satisfactory and outstanding performers● Address general inquiries, complaints and resolve trainees’ issues● Implement Stellar culture and policies
    Mentoring and Maximizing the Learning Process● Evaluate trainee performance and progress through daily and weekly assessments● Facilitate and evaluate Mock Call assessments that mirror live scenarios● Attain coaching certification for trainee performance management● Create individual action and developmental plan● Coach trainees on areas of improvement and provide feedback● Monitor employee compliance to company policies
    Record Keeping, Maintenance and Administrative Tasks● Prepare training materials, workstations, venue and other necessary tools and equipment● Document, update and maintain accurate statistical record of class performance and progress● Report accurate documentation of daily headcount, performance and progress● Perform administrative tasks such as track trainee daily time record
    Providing Support to Operations● Secure operations certification for agent and supervisor level live calls or tasks for all lines of businesses supported● Take agent live calls or tasks, as well as supervisor tasks and other escalations● Provide floor and AHOD support, should it be necessary
    Facilitating Refresher and Corporate Training Programs● Discuss updates, revisions and developments regarding a specific job/program● Facilitate corporate trainings as assigned by Training TL
    Effective Communication and Coordination● Coordinate with Recruitment for trainee data and information● Coordinate with Administrative Officers for training venues, equipment, meals, etc● Coordinate with Recruitment and Operations Departments for calibration purposes● Coordinate with IT Department for technical issues● Coordinate with QA or TL during Nesting/Academy Bay● Respond to trainee inquiries and concerns
    Other● Complete tasks delegated/assigned by the Learning & Development Assistant Manager or Senior Training Manager● Perform other reasonable duties, as required

    Promote Employee Learning and Development:Responsible for executing the entire training process, needs assessment, development or outsourcing or training programs including content, delivering or training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of trainingResearch and recommend internal and external training programs that align with Probe’s business objectives as well as employee needsWorks directly with functional group heads to define and customize programs based on their group’s needs
    Compliance to Training Standard:Manage Probe’s learning and development according to the set standards and qualityConduct auditing of training within the company to ensure process complianceEnsure the timely implementation of any changes to training design, methodology and materials as a result of training needs analysis or customer/client requirementsUpdate training content to ensure continuous improvementManage the company’s training data & produce reports as necessary
    Manage Client-Specific Training:Ensure that training is appropriately designed to manage client or program—specific requirementsConduct analysis of new client or contract requirements in conjunction with the Client Services and Operations TeamEnsure all Trainers complete the Train the Trainers course and achieve training certification for each client/programOrganise and deliver client training and develop new client training materials as required

    Manage Direct Reports:Ensure that all Trainers complete the Trainer Certification Course which should include Facilitation and Presentation skills, Adult Learning Principles, training needs analysis, etc.Coach, develop and mentor direct reports to optimize performanceConduct monthly performance reviews (MPR)Provide regular company updates to direct reportsManage direct reports in line with company policies & procedures

    The Director of Quality Insights & Analytics is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the overall quality and customer experience strategy for the centralised Probe CX Quality team. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing performance through data-driven insights, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across multiple campaigns.
    Main Activities and Responsibilities:● Develop and execute a comprehensive centralised quality strategy aligned with global business objectives and specific call centre performance goals.● Analyse quality trends, speech analytics data, and industry benchmarks to identifyperformance gaps and recommend innovative, technology-driven solutions.● Design and oversee quality monitoring programs, including transaction monitoring, customer sentiment analysis, and compliance auditing across diverse campaigns.● Leverage modern quality technologies such as speech and text analytics, automated scoring (AQM), and real-time reporting dashboards to ensure monitoring effectiveness and scale.● Ensure quality feedback loops are updated, relevant, and engaging—focusing on behavioral coaching insights, product knowledge gaps, and systemic process improvements.● Lead, mentor, and develop the centralised team of Quality Managers and Quality Analysts● Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring the quality department acts as a true partner to operations● Partner with Operations, L&D, HR, and Client Leadership teams to identify performance trends and create targeted quality improvement plans.● Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and external clients, providing data-backed recommendations on operational and customer experience quality enhancements.● Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives and their direct correlation to business outcomes like CSAT, NPS, and First Contact Resolution (FCR).● Constantly evaluate and refine quality scorecards and calibration standards based on client feedback and evolving performance results.● Maintain rigorous quality documentation, calibration logs, and certification records to ensure constant audit readiness for external clients● Ensure all quality programs meet legal, regulatory (e.g., PCI, GDPR), and organizational compliance requirements across all campaigns.● Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.● Actively contribute to Probe’s commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace by taking proactive measures to identify and eliminate harassment in any form.● Act ethically with integrity, honesty, and trust, to uphold Probe's compliance culture and maintain the highest standards of business conduct.● Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities.● Comply with Probe’s privacy, data protection and information security policies when handling personal data and uphold high standards of data protection, security and fraud prevention in the course of your employment.
