You’ll be a part of our Marketing team.About This RoleAs a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and measurable business growth. This position requires a balance of creativity, analytical rigor, and leadership with added responsibility for managing events and optimizing CRM systems to strengthen custome relationships and streamline marketing operations.What You’ll Do· Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms (social media, search, display, and paid ads).· Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including short videos, reels, podcasts, carousels, infographics, and case studies and thought leadership pieces.· Develop, draft, and monitor email campaigns to nurture prospects and retain customers.· Create and update brochures, sales kits, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.· Manage CRM systems to track leads, monitor customer journeys, and provide actionable insights for sales and marketing alignment.· Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, webinars, and executive roundtables, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful audience engagement.· Collaborate with vendors and partners for promotional activities and event execution.· Track campaign metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.· Work with managers on budgets/expenses and ensure brand consistency across teams.
    Preferred Skills· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field.· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or content creation, event management and CRM administration (agency or corporate).· Creative Portfolio submission is required; showcasing samples such as social media posts, design layouts, brochures, short videos/reels, webinars, podcasts or other marketing materials.· Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and content formats (short videos, reels, carousels, infographics).· Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and landing page optimization.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).· Skilled in Canva and other graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut for creating marketing visuals and editing content.· Basic knowledge of video editing tools for short-form content.· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar tools.· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    We’re looking for Delivery Team Leader to work for Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Service Delivery team.
    What You’ll DoLeading a team of local dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and geography for which they have responsibility.Participation in monitoring each of the health of the project. Managed the customer satisfaction index.Collaboration with team (another engineer, global delivery center, project managers, HQ colleagues) to deliver the best project to end customers.Ensures timely liaison with vendors regarding problems, fixes, and required enhancements.Participate the growth plan with management (new capability, skill & certification) and hiring. Mentor and help new engineers to achieve more than they thought possible.Responsible for operating, administering, and managing the day-to-day operations and driving partnerships with the cross-functional teams (Sales/Presales).Provide management updates, status reporting, and dashboards from a Delivery project and support health perspective to demonstrate progress and process maturity
    Profile Requirements3+ years of experience working as a Technical Leader with project delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment.Experience for Office 365, Azure/Multi-Cloud or Low Code platform ProjectsTroubleshoot and take ownership of sophisticated problems and resolve high-impacting operational issuesProvides strategic guidance and advice in situations with no precedent and drives service enhancement efforts.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) must be able to communicate at business and technical levels with internal teams and executives, an absolute commitment to customer services.Availability for occasional off-hour work related to 24x7 up-time and availability of the product suite; willingness to support the team who has on-call coverage expectations.
