Job Summary:Responsible for providing timely, accurate and effective information, support and administration of HR functions.
Key Accountabilities:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. • Process end to end recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding)• Responsible for the successful onboarding, including but not limited to, preparing offer letters, submitting online background checks, preparing new employee files, preparing and processing new hire forms, documentation, explaining benefits, etc.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any equivalent course.1-2 years relevant experience preferably in retail. Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Amenable to work in Pasay City onsite.Willing to travel as needed.
