The role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and effective customer communication.Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other sales documents Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Generate, qualify, and schedule leads for the sales team Assist in the identification and profiling of sales target accounts Coordinate onboarding requirements such as company information, contracts, pricing, and credit documents Support activation of newly onboarded accounts to ensure readiness for sales transactions QualificationsCollege Graduate preferably in the field of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience preferably in the related field Automotive Lubricants applications knowledge Knowledge of Automotive and Engineering specifications, meanings, and terminologies.
