  • Recruitment Supervisor

    MCW Restaurant Group is a growing multi-brand company behind some of the Philippines’ favorite restaurant concepts — from Gringo, Tatatito, Honeybon Café, Kaokee, and more. With 30+ stores and new flagship openings underway, we’re building a management team that can scale our brands while keeping each concept’s unique identity alive.
    We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to join our HR team and lead our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, supervising recruiters, and ensuring we hire top talent to support our company’s growth.
    Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Supervise and mentor recruitment staff to achieve hiring targets.Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (online platforms, headhunting, referrals, job fairs, and school partnerships).Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention).Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.Promote employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in high-volume recruitment (F&B, retail, or service industry is a plus).Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS, and MS Office.

  • Junior Sous Chef

    About the Role
    MCW Restaurant Group is launching a new café and bakery concept that celebrates modern cafe bakery food and crafted desserts in a warm, design-forward setting.
    We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef who will play a key leadership role in bringing this concept to life — ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and a creative, collaborative culture.
    Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service flow across all stations.Maintain consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation that align with brand standards.Supervise prep, production, and line execution to ensure timeliness and accuracy.Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate purchasing and costing.Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members to uphold performance and professionalism.Support the Head Chef in menu testing, recipe standardization, and new product development.Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
    QualificationsCulinary Arts graduate or equivalent hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CDP, Junior Sous Chef or Executive Chef.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a calm, organized approach under pressure.Knowledge in both hot kitchen and dessert preparation is an advantage.Experience in italian, café or casual dining environments preferred.Passion for creating modern comfort food that connects emotionally with guests.

  • Pastry Chef Baker  

    - Quezon City

    Role OverviewThe Chef de Partie (Baker) is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. This role requires expertise in bread, pastries, and specialty baked items, strict adherence to recipes and standards, and the ability to manage a bakery section efficiently.
    Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked items Ensure consistency in quality, portion, and presentation of all bakery products.Manage daily production schedules to meet store/commissary requirements.Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and overall food safety practices.Baked Product developmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section, including proper storage of ingredients.Monitor stock levels, request ingredients/supplies as needed, and minimize wastage.Train, guide, and supervise commis bakers or junior staff.Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.Coordinate with the Head Chef/Pastry Chef to ensure bakery operations run smoothly.
    Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience as a Baker or CDP specializing in baking.Knowledge of bread-making techniques, dough handling, and pastry fundamentals.Familiarity with professional bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Culinary diploma/certificate in Baking & Pastry Arts is an advantage.

  • Marketing Manager  

    - Quezon City

    Primary Functions:
    Responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities for restaurant brands under Mc Wilson Food Group (Gringo, Honeybon, and Tatatito)
    Major Responsibilities:
    Develops and executes marketing plans for assigned major brands which include brand and product positioning, marketing communication, and media mix.Evaluates the effectiveness of all marketing and digital activities in relation to business objectives and identifies reasons for success or failure.Regularly tracks and reviews analysis on sales and marketing data gathered and recommends appropriate action plans.Conceptualizes new product offerings, promos, and ads creation to boost sales.Regularly seeks field input on program evaluation, market conditions, consumer insights, and competitive activities for developing marketing strategies.Conducts analysis and periodical review of brands, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to develop programs that enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.Studies new possible channels and markets.Manages digital marketing.Manages marketing budgets. Submits post-campaign evaluation and expense reports.Manages performance of team members and ensures the implementation of developmental plans.Executes other marketing-related duties, as required.
