    Job Description: Prepare brand annual MPLAN aligning with company financial directions. Forecast sales, inventory, and buying by article level to ensure the availability of best-selling products. Analyse historical sales by attributes and size to provide recommendations to the Merchandising Team regarding varieties, depth, and incoming flows. Review Buying Plan to ensure proper depth and breadth. Participate in Weekly Brand Meeting to discuss and help the Merchandising Team resolve any issues. Monitor incoming goods (GR) and review allocation to ensure incoming goods are on track and allocated correctly by checking the initial allocation plan and reviewing inventory level, sales, aging stock, and inventory by discount bucket. Determine brand potential problems, evaluate SKU’s performance, in-season sell-through, and margin.
