    What you will be doing:The Operations Analyst will support the resolution of duplicate stop fee discrepancies and ensure accurate EPC adjustments. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity through strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), consistent auditing practices, and thorough documentation. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and capable of managing high-volume, detail-sensitive tasks with accuracy and precision.
    Key Responsibilities:Follow established SOPs to identify, investigate, and resolve duplicate stop fee discrepancies accurately and efficientlyPerform EPC adjustments in accordance with SOP guidelines using the provided daily worklistsReview and validate the daily tracker using prior day data to ensure continuity, completeness, and accuracyProcess only entries with two valid and verified addresses, ensuring full compliance with process requirementsFor tickets initially flagged with two locations but found to have additional discrepancies upon investigation, mark them as “unserved” and document findings in a log for submission to the LMO team for periodic review and correctionUpdate trackers with clear, concise, and accurate notes detailing actions taken and outcomesConduct daily audits with layered checks to ensure scope accuracy, proper fee correction, and compliance with SOP standardsTrack, monitor, and report key performance metrics, including scope corrections, tickets processed, and time investedMaintain detailed and organized records of all actions to support transparency and audit readinessIdentify recurring issues, trends, or gaps in the process and escalate opportunities for continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., LMO, operations, and support teams) to resolve discrepancies and enhance workflow efficiency
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required)Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes consistentlyExperience in operations, auditing, data analysis, or process-driven roles is preferredProficiency in data tracking, reporting, and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks or tickets in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

    About The RoleThis role is part of our BI function and will work cross-functionally to support teams across the company with data-driven insights and reporting. You'll partner with teams to structure experiments, analyze conversion funnels, optimize user experience, and track performance while contributing to broader analytics initiatives that empower decision-making across the business.Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend courses of action that drive impact. Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows.Work closely with the Operations teams to develop reporting and analyze performance, quality, and engagement, surfacing insights that drive better decision-making.Design and analyze experiments, helping teams measure impact, rigorously interpret results, and avoid misleading conclusions.Ensure data accuracy and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in reporting and analysis.Develop dashboards and reports ensuring key metrics are consistently tracked and easily accessible for decision-making.Gather, clean, and manage data from multiple sources, including handling data ingestion from reports such as CSV uploads, SP, or different databases .Support analytics initiatives across the company, partnering with cross-functional teams where needed.Support operational analytics by ensuring key data is structured and accessible for forecasting and modeling.Identify automation opportunities to streamline analytics workflows and improve efficiency.Proactively spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities that others might miss.
    Qualifications2- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing structured data.Proficient in Power Platform (Powerapps, Automate, etc)Strong knowledge of basic statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals).Proficiency with Excel for analysis and visualization.Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting.Strong data visualization skills.Understanding data integrity, ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate and reliable.Familiar with modern BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).Comfortable working with operational data to support business reporting.

    What you will be doing:The HR Onboarding Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring full compliance with employment eligibility and onboarding requirements across the organization. This role oversees background screening adjudication, I-9 and work authorization compliance, drug screening, and visa/immigration documentation while maintaining audit readiness at all times.
    As a subject matter expert, the role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Experience, Operations, HR Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable onboarding processes. This position balances regulatory rigor with a strong employee experience focus by leveraging technology, automation, and continuous process improvement.
    Key Responsibilities:Background Screening & EligibilityOwn and manage all pre-employment background screenings from initiation through final resolution.Adjudicate background check results in accordance with the company’s adjudication matrix, allowed-offense guidelines, FCRA requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.Conduct individualized assessments of criminal history, considering job-relatedness, severity, timing, rehabilitation, and regulatory constraints.Serve as the final decision-maker for background screening outcomes, including hire eligibility and risk determinations.Issue, track, and process all FCRA-required pre-adverse and adverse action notices accurately and within mandated timelines.Coordinate rescinded offers or employment separations resulting from screening outcomes in partnership with TA, HR, and Legal.
    I-9 & Work Authorization ComplianceAdminister and maintain compliant Form I-9 records for all employees, including reverifications and expiring work authorization documents.Monitor and respond to federal and state legislative changes impacting I-9, E-Verify, and employment eligibility requirements.Conduct routine internal I-9 audits and corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.Provide guidance and training to recruiters, hiring managers, and employees on proper I-9 completion and compliance standards.Serve as a point of contact during internal reviews or external audits related to employment eligibility.
    Drug Screening, Visa & Ongoing MonitoringOversee pre-employment drug screening processes, including policy alignment, vendor coordination, and compliance with state-specific testing laws.Manage visa-related documentation and employment authorization tracking where applicable.Support background monitoring and eligibility rechecks in alignment with company policy and regulatory guidance.Reporting, Audits & Process ImprovementDevelop and maintain recurring compliance reports and dashboards related to background screening, I-9s, drug testing, and onboarding compliance.Prepare documentation and process narratives to support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inquiries.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, system integrations, and process improvements.Lead or support project-based initiatives related to onboarding compliance, technology enhancements, and regulatory readiness.
