RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage pre‑boarding and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation, timely coordination, and clear communication with employees.Process the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to statutory deadlines and internal controls.Validate all payroll inputs including timesheets, overtime, allowances, premiums, and statutory contributions while ensuring alignment across Workday, payroll systems, and internal records.Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, variance analyses, journal entries, and audit-ready documentation to support Finance and compliance requirements.Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), including tax annualization, government reporting, and year-end submissions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday, covering job data, compensation changes, personal information, and organizational updates.Generate and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business insights, audit requirements, and People & Culture operational needs.Conduct regular data audits and reconciliations across Workday, payroll outputs, and other HR systems to uphold data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.Provide timely and professional support to employees and managers regarding payroll, Workday navigation, process inquiries, and policy interpretation.Collaborate with other corporate functions such as but not limited to Finance, IT, and external partners to support employee lifecycle processes, cross-functional initiatives, and continuous improvements.Support system testing, Workday releases, new feature deployment, and enhancements to HR processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures, if needed.Drive accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in all payroll and Workday operations while contributing to a positive employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years proven experience in payroll administration and Workday HCM operations.Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, statutory contributions, and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll, reconciliations, variance analyses, and payroll audits.Proficiency in Workday HCM, including maintenance of employee data, reporting, and system troubleshooting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills with great attention to detail.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).Business‑level English proficiency (written and spoken). The role requires the ability to draft, deliver, and interpret clear, professional, and grammatically correct communication with employees and internal stakeholders.Professional, diplomatic communication style, with the ability to convey information clearly, empathetically, and appropriately, particularly in sensitive or ambiguous situations.Emotional maturity and sound judgment, especially when supporting employee‑facing processes and handling confidential information.Ability to make data-driven decisions and has high standards of confidentiality and integrity, with demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee and organizational information responsibly.Dependable, organized, able to work independently, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) performance including vendor master data management, invoices management, payment and T&E management and other PTP activitiesEnsure compliance of PTP operations with company policies, processes and internal controlsCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors and ensure all communications and queries are properly addressedReview and Approve system entries related to Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursements and Master dataProduce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staffAssist in internal and external audit processesManage document archiving processWork towards system improvement, process improvementDevelop team spirit and advise daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
