ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platformsCreate and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand.Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.Undertake audience research.Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Audience Insights.Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
Qualifications0-1 year of experience managing social media accounts for businessesStrong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skillsProficient in major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting toolsBasic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)Experience with content calendars and scheduling toolsStrong communication and community management skillsAbility to run paid ads and boost campaignsTrend-aware, creative, and detail-orientedGood time management and ability to meet deadlines
