    POSITION OVERVIEWThis role is a key contributor to the search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising efforts, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for leading campaigns, execution, and optimization, while mentoring junior team members in learning and improving digital marketing capabilities.
    This role is based within our organization’s Global Capability Center (GCC) hub, which supports the company’s global operations through advanced media, technology, and data solutions. The GCC initiative is a key part of our strategy to enhance service delivery and drive innovation across our global network. You will have a unique opportunity to gain meaningful global exposure, working closely with international stakeholders and contributing to a diverse, worldwide portfolio across Omnicom’s global business.

    We are looking for a FINANCE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE who can join our support team.

    RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the end to end process of the billingProvides accurate and timely periodic reports to internal and external clients such as Revenue reports/analytics, Revenue Accruals, CE/AER Monitoring, CDP Clearing, Deferred Revenue & Client Prebill Revenue Monitoring and WIP Analysis/Revenue Recognition (Job Closing)Responsible in improving customer experience and touch points through effective handling of customer inquiries and complaintsAssists the Billing Manager on month-end closing requirements and other analytics and interim reports as required by ManagementCustodian of related documents including scanning and complete inventory of invoices, 3rd party costs and cost estimatesResponsible for identifying and resolving control gaps in the existing processes and to be an active prime move of Finance initiatives in improving processes and controlsEnhances and enforces internal coordination with functional units involved from project set up until project completion through regular coordination meetingsHandles and resolves minor issues such as tax computations, billing and collection issues and control issuesChecks the Actual manhours vs. estimated hours of Clients under Retainer Fee at least quarterlyChecks also how much is the fee if Actual hours is used vs. Straightline computationPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEGraduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fieldPreferably with 1 to 2 years of related work experienceProactive and detail-orientedStrong time management, organizational and analytical skillsProven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated teamHighly organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressureExcellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills, while being accommodating and adaptable to changing business needs and requestsProficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
