    We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Training Officer who is committed to building EXCELLENCE in skills and competence for our employees. The successful candidate will be in charge of the technical skills training using all platforms available.
    Job Description:The Technical Training Officer develops, sources, and delivers training solutions to address identified technical training needs of the manufacturing plant and warehouse in Laguna.
    Responsibilities:Develops and delivers training materials for Carmelray Plant employees and the South Warehouse based on identified needs through Training Needs AnalysisDevelops and improves plant Work Instructions, SOP’s, and Onboarding ProgramEnhances and delivers a recurring training program for the Manufacturing Plant and WarehouseEnsures that the training delivered is in line with department and company objectives.Ensures that all plant employees– new and existing – are brought to the highest possible level of understanding of the GMP, GDP, GWP, and other processes and standardsWorks with different departments in the plant to establish training needs and provide appropriate interventionWorks with different departments in identifying annual employee developmental needsProvides trainee competency progress monitoring and trainee developmental summaryProvides training assistance or delivers training modules to other offices when assigned by the Training & Development Manager.Evaluates the effectiveness of training and modifies materials as appropriate.Performs all other tasks assigned by the Training & Development Manager from time to time.
    Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years in a technical training delivery role is essential, preferably in a manufacturing/retail set-upExperience of working within a manufacturing environment is preferredExperience in communicating at all levels up to and including senior managementExperience in the cosmetics manufacturing industry is an advantageExperience in designing, delivering, and maintaining training materials is essential.Confidence in training delivery across different positionsOpen to working onsite in Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna.

    Quality Assurance HeadThe Quality Assurance Head is responsible for planning, developing, and directing quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives. This role oversees process and product testing to ensure materials, equipment, and products meet established quality standards and comply with government regulations. The QA Head reviews and approves product quality control activities to resolve issues effectively and ensure the timely release of products.
    Main Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Lead the development and implementation of Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.'s Quality System requirements and procedures at third-party manufacturing locations and suppliers.Manage Quality Issues: Coordinate the resolution of quality management issues, including investigating manufacturing or customer complaints. This includes reporting on corrective action plans, technical summaries, Management Review of Quality, and disposition of on-hold inventory.Ensure Compliance: Ensure established systems, procedures, and protocols are sufficient to maintain consistent product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Validate Quality Processes: Establish product specifications and quality attributes, measure production, document evidence, determine operational and performance qualifications, and write/update quality assurance procedures.Address Customer/Consumer Quality Issues: Responsible for the evaluation and resolution of customer or consumer product quality concerns.Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing to achieve business objectives (e.g., technical problem-solving, new product launches, and supplier evaluation).Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits, issue timely reports, and ensure required follow-up actions are taken.Support Product Recalls: Provide technical support in product recalls and withdrawals.Provide Technical Assistance and Training: Offer technical guidance and training to contract manufacturers, suppliers, and operational/support staff.Investigate Quality Issues: Lead investigations into any and all quality-related issues within the plant.Protect Product Quality: Ensure that product quality is maintained across all sales channels through process assessments and regular audits.Promote Company Culture: Contribute to building the company by strengthening our culture of shared ownership and bayanihan.Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks or functions as assigned by management.
    Qualifications:Minimum Education Requirements:BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum Job-Related Experience:Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills.At least 7 years of experience as a QA Manager in personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals manufacturing operations.Experience with household and drug products is a distinct advantage, as is experience with highly sensitive raw materials (RMs).Experience in manufacturing, as well as conducting store and supplier audits.In-depth knowledge of Quality Systems, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes.Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and initiative.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented and results-driven, with proficiency in statistical analysis.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).Other Requirements/Skills:Has the bayanihan spirit and a collaborative mindset.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.Works well with people and is always ready to support other teams.Passionate about contributing to the benefit of our country and people.

    Scope of marketing work will include :1. Creation of launch plans for new products; preparing sustained plans for in-line products to covera. Brand communications through digital/website, catalogue, PRb. Retail merchandising (key accounts and direct-selling branches)c. Consumer activations via promotions, influencer strategy, PR and digital.2. Preparation of briefs for new product concepts and reformulations; ensuring presentation of consumer need, competitive framework, pricing, forecast and other financial measures3. Lead re-packaging/re-labeling4. Quarterly business reviews
    Qualifications:With minimum 3 years experience in brand/category management for FMCG; personal care a PLUS.Believes in our advocacies, ideally with personal involvement in some similar advocaciesExperienced in managing marketing projects, most especially a 360-degree launch plan and having contributed to strategy developmentShould be able to demonstrate having a creative spirit that enables thinking out-of-the-box, astute analytical skills in assessing brand challenges and excellent project management skills: from conceptualization and implementation, to monitoring and evaluation stages, you have an orientation to both details and resultsSolutions-driven; is not easily hampered by roadblocksSavvy communicator: fluent in oral and written English and can effectively communicate with people of all levelsCan-do attitude: determined and committed not just to start projects well, but to finish with excellenceHigh sense of initiative and self-motivation: passionate about improving your skills, advancing the business, and uplifting the nation in the process!
