    About the Opportunity
    Ensure all vehicle services meet dealership quality standards before release to customers.Verify that all repair and maintenance work is completed correctly, safely, and according to specifications.Confirm that customer concerns and service complaints are properly addressed and resolved.Conduct final inspections and validations to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with Personal Service Technicians.Maintain accurate inspection records and quality control documentation.

  • UI/UX Developer  

    - Makati

    The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our web and mobile applications—from conceptual design and visual layout to development, testing, and deployment. This role will work closely with stakeholders to enhance user journeys, usability, and overall visual appeal.
    The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, layout creation, scripting, and programming, with a strong understanding of cross-platform compatibility and seamless integration across technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Laravel CMS, and Google Analytics. Experience with PHP or React is a strong advantage.
    We are looking for someone flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new tools and technologies in both technical and creative environments, while consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

  • This position handles the Non-Technical Training Section, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs for dealer Service Advisors, Warranty Personnel, Job Controllers, and Customer Relations Specialists.
    About the opportunityLead the daily operations and overall performance of the Non-Technical Training Section, ensuring all departmental goals are achieved.Review, discuss, and report on the non-technical training plan, progress, and key accomplishments regularlyEvaluate and discuss performance metrics and achievement results with the Non-Technical Training Section team to drive accountability and continuous improvement.Prepare, implement, and track comprehensive training plans aligned with the Training Academy's strategic targets and business objectives.Conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA), specifically targeting Service Advisors and other After Sales Support Personnel, to identify skill gaps and development priorities.Design, develop, and update engaging and high-impact non-technical training modules and materials based on TNA results, ensuring relevance to current industry standards and company policy.Manage all logistical and material preparations required for training delivery, ensuring resources are available and conducive to a productive learning environment.Facilitate and deliver a variety of non-technical training sessions for Service Advisors and other After Sales Support Personnel (e.g., Warranty, Job Controller, Customer Relations).Provide direct, hands-on coaching and mentorship to Service Advisors during on-site or in-dealership training to ensure practical application of learned skills.Coordinate and collaborate closely with the After-Sales Dealer Operations team to monitor the post-training performance of Service Advisors and integrate training outcomes into dealer performance strategies.
    QualificationsA graduate of BS Automotive or Mechanical EngineeringWith at least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor for any Automotive brandPreferably with a Service Technical Background and experience in Training DeliveryWilling to work in Calamba, Laguna, and may do field work as neededProficient in using the MS Office applicationsPreferably with a valid and active Driver's License
