The Sales and Engagement Associate role will cover assigned accounts, generate opportunities for power supply and arsenal products of the company, and secure contracts for the company. He or she must be proficient in retail sales, be an excellent communicator, and be able to do simple numerical analyses. Familiarity with the basic functions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform contract acquisition function, which includes, but is not limited to, pricing/commercial strategy, preparation of contract, and contract negotiation.
2. Perform contract management functions and ensure contract compliance.
3. Participate actively in the company's branding initiatives and activities, such as exhibits and sponsorships.
4. Develop presentations to internal/external customers.
5. Provide analysis of data to be used as presentation content.
6. Gather and manage data for market analysis through the use of basic data analysis methodologies.
7. Make routine reports on market and customer analysis using word processing and spreadsheet capabilities.

Kev Responsibilities:
End-to-End Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of marketing programs, including activations, events, roadshows, and tradeshows. This includes vendor selection, inter-team coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.Lead Generation: Design high-impact physical campaigns that capture new leads and facilitate initial engagement through immersive brand experiences.Customer Advocacy & Retention: Develop and manage event-based programs and activities included in the marketing plan to foster long-term brand loyalty and turn customers into advocates.Partnership & Ecosystem Management: Act as the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various associations, ecozones, and event organizers.Sponsorship Optimization: Constantly check and update entitlements for event packages to ensure the company is maximizing its presence and ROI at every venue.Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure all field activities are synchronized with broader company growth goals.Performance Analysis: Determine the effectiveness of each activation or event through data-driven analysis of lead conversion and retention impact.Strategic Research: Capable of doing research to understand market updates and identify high-potential physical channels to improve campaign effectiveness.Manage and lead multiple programs and activities.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, including social mediaalgorithms and email marketing best practices, to ensure content is optimized for engagement and reach.Manage the end-to-end execution of customer newsletters and triggers using emailer tools (e.g., Infobip and Salesforce Marketing Cloud), ensuring clean layout and segmentation.Develop high-quality copy for all digital platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice that resonates with different customer personas.
Visual Storytelling & Sales Support

Strategic Coordination & PR Liaison
