Job Roles and Responsibilities
Change Management (CM):Conduct tabletop reviews, MOP conflict management, ICD approvals, and CM manual reporting.Coordinate minor and major method of procedure (MOP) activities across multiple domains.Participate in Kamustahan cadence meetings for alignment and updates.Manage service change governance tasks such as CRF closure, audits, FT reports, and incident follow-ups.Integration and Project Support:Participate in project planning, technical meetings, and system integration activities.Execute service and regression testing, health checks, traffic routing, provisioning, and profile validation.Perform service validation for new features, software upgrades, or patches across network platforms.Provide standby support, issue isolation (log checking, reconciliation), and triage for project-related concerns.Contribute to database clean-up (HSS, MNP, AAA), backend provisioning, and VIMS management.Testbed (TB) Management:Maintain physical and logical audits of testbed infrastructure, including grooming, signal strength measurements, and BOQ audits.Monitor system and service health checks using manual or automated tools (JRATI, scripts).Handle testbed incident support and preventive maintenance, including license monitoring and environmental checks.Support in testbed projects (escort, power tapping, cleanup), and maintain inventory and configuration consistency.System & Service Validation:Execute IOT (interoperability testing), parametric and SIP testing, acceptance test simulations (SAT, HAT, iSAT).Coordinate DPI/DPC testing, SIGOS test script execution, and token management for test automation platforms.Conduct firewall, provisioning system, and integration scenario validations.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track testing and rollout statuses, coordinate issue resolutions with Site Leads and PMs.Generate and present regular reports for management dashboards (Beehive, TIP/SIP, FT Reports).Manage system alarms, monitor performance KPIs, and support logging, license updates, and system backups.
Job Qualifications
Educational BackgroundBachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.Professional Certifications (optional but preferred):Cisco (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)Juniper (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS)ITIL Foundation (for Change Management)Nokia, Huawei, or Ericsson network certificationsHas attended trainings on 2G, LTE & 5G 101Has attended Huawei and/or Nokia RAN trainingsProfessional Experience2–5 years experience in Telecom Network Operations, Integration, or Change Management.Proven track record in:Managing Method of Procedure (MOP) implementations and change controls.Supporting live network deployments and system integration projects.Executing network and service validation (e.g., SAT, HAT, regression testing).Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture:Mobile Core (e.g., UDM, PCRF, USSD, IMS)IP Backbone & Access (B2B, BB Core, Aggregation)NFV / SDN / Virtualized InfrastructureIT-NMS and Network OrchestrationProficient in:Familiarity with Mobile Technology (2G, LTE, 5G)Knowledgeable in basic mobile technology service testingChange Management Tools (e.g., CMNAC, Starfield, ICD Portal) SICE validation and CRF processesAlarm & Monitoring ToolsRegression Testing and Sigos automated test executionLog analysis and bash scripting in Linux/Unix environmentsTool FamiliarityTools: SICE, CMNAC, Starfield, ICD Portal, Beehive, Sigos, JRATI, SNOW (ServiceNow)Proficient with:Expert in MS Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting, advanced functions)Programming skills for automation or data processing (e.g., Python, shell scripting)Command Line Interface (CLI) for validation and system accessBasic network test tools: ping, traceroute, TCPdump, NetAct (or equivalent OSS/NMS)Soft Skills & Work HabitsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teamsAble to work under pressure in mission-critical network environmentsWillingness to support night/weekend changes and on-call supportTeam player with a proactive, detail-oriented work ethic
