    The RoleThis is a strategic planning role with full category ownership.     Core Responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting & Ledger Control Prepare and finalise monthly consolidated management accounts across all entities. Maintain full general ledger integrity, including balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations. Ensure practice-level revenue accuracy, cost classification and EBITDA normalisation discipline. Oversee month-end close process across all clinics. Maintain accurate tracking of practice-level performance versus forecast. Prepare board-ready monthly reporting packs. 2. Dental Service Fee Calculations & Practice Accounting Calculate and verify Dental Service Provider service fee arrangements in accordance with Facility and Services Agreements. Prepare and issue service fee invoices to dental entities. Validate revenue splits and ensure correct allocation. Monitor collections and reconcile clinic bank deposits against reported production. Oversee practice-level laboratory fee allocations and cost treatment to prevent EBITDA distortion. Ensure correct treatment of contractor payments and principal entitlements. 3. Payments & Banking Operations Process supplier payments, contractor payments and payroll disbursements. Upload and authorise payment batches to banking platforms. Maintain daily cash position reporting. Reconcile bank accounts across all entities weekly. Monitor PAYG withholding, GST and superannuation liabilities to prevent arrears. 4. Statutory Compliance Ensure full compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB). Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation obligations on time. Coordinate corporate tax compliance and annual financial statements. Maintain Corporations Act compliance across all entities. Finance Function Oversight Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing. Establish structured financial policies and approval thresholds.
