  • Plant Sr. Accountant (Manufacturing)

    What you’ll do:The Sr. Accountant supports the Finance Controller in all aspects of manufacturing and cost accounting, providing accurate financial analysis, strong cost control, and reliable insights that drive plant performance. You will manage product costing, inventory, CAPEX, and internal controls while partnering closely with plant operations. Manufacturing & Cost AccountingSupport monthly closing, weekly estimates, monthly forecast, and annual budget.Maintain accurate standard costs and integrate new initiatives into the Product Costing process.Conduct detailed variance analysis and lead cost control efforts. Financial & Operational AnalysisTrack plant KPIs and follow up on performance gaps.Provide timely financial insights to Plant Managers and operations leaders.Support cost reduction, productivity, and new product development projects. Inventory & Fixed Asset ManagementPerform material/inventory analysis, cycle and physical counts, and SAP cost updates.Manage fixed assets from CIP monitoring to capitalization and count activities. CAPEX & Budget SupportProvide financial analysis for capital investment proposals.Monitor actual CAPEX spending versus plan. Compliance & Internal ControlsEnsure adherence to US & PH GAAP, PEZA, tax, customs, and regulatory requirements.Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness. Team & Business SupportProvide full finance support when the Finance Controller is unavailable.Prepare clear, accurate reports and analysis for business decisions.

    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.5+ years of costing and manufacturing finance experience.Strong knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel, US & PH GAAP, and PEZA practices.Experience in tax, customs, treasury, and regulatory compliance.Strong analytical skills, communication ability, and attention to detail.Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Solid background in inventory, materials analysis, and audit processes.Amenable to work in a full onsite setup in LISP 3, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

    What you'll do:
    The Compensation Analyst for HR Services with a focus on Compensation is responsible for facilitating and executing compensation-related activities across the organization for the United States and Canada. This includes processing offer letters creation, market adjustments, and other compensation activities. The role ensures alignment with internal policies, market competitiveness, and business objectives while partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, and Compensation Centers of Excellence (COEs).
    Key ResponsibilitiesOffer Letter Creation: Develop competitive offer recommendations using peer analysis and compensation benchmarks while ensuring accuracy and consistency across global processes.Market Adjustments: Conduct market analysis and apply insights to recommend salary adjustments that maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs and Compensation teams to align compensation strategies with business needs and secure necessary approvals.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of compensation tools and processes, including enhancements to the PACT system and integration strategies during organizational changes.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, HR compensation and benefits, or payroll.Solid experience with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations.Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.Experience with compensation tools and market analytics platforms (e.g., EMSI Talent Analyst).Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines, while maintaining a high level of detailExperience supporting large-scale compensation programs.Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across functions.Demonstrated Learning AgilityPractical knowledge in ServiceNow or any similar toolsAmenable to work in a hybrid setup in Tanauan Batangas following US shift (9PM - 6AM PHT)

    What you'll do:
    Position OverviewThe Content & Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for driving the quality, accuracy, and usability of HR content across Eaton’s Employee Center and the broader HR Services documentation landscape. This role partners closely with HR content owners, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (COEs), and global cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure employees can easily access clear, timely, and reliable HR information that supports effective self‑service and contributes to Eaton’s HR operational excellence.
    Key ResponsibilitiesContent Management & Lifecycle GovernanceDevelop new HR content and update existing materials to align with system releases, process enhancements, audit findings, and new HR programs.Conduct content reviews and manage updates or retirement of materials based on employee feedback and quality indicators.Maintain and govern HR portal pages, layouts, and Service Request Forms to ensure clarity and consistency.Partner with translation vendors and ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of multilingual content.
    Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork in close partnership with HR content owners (COs) and Points of Contact (POCs) across Eaton locations and business units.Lead regular alignment sessions with COs/POCs to reinforce standards, communicate updates, and gather content requirements.Provide subject‑matter consultation for new process implementations, country transitions, and HR transformation initiatives.
    Documentation & HR Services SupportUpload HR Services (HRS) documentation to support operational readiness and process execution.
    Analytics & Continuous ImprovementUse Employee Center analytics to assess user behavior, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to improve content performance.Build and maintain dashboards that track portal effectiveness, content health, and usage insights.Provide data‑driven recommendations to HRS Leadership and content owners to enhance content quality, accessibility, and impact.
    Training & EnablementDeliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support for new content owners and POCs.Promote adherence to Eaton content standards, templates, and best practices across global HR teams.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content or knowledge management, preferably within an HR environment.Proven ability to create, maintain, and manage HR or employee‑facing content.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret and translate documentation into clear, usable content.Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with experience working with global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred) or similar knowledge/content management platforms.Ability to interpret analytics, derive insights, and apply findings to content strategy and enhancements.Experience working in global shared services or complex, matrixed organizations.
