    Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:
    Support the Product Management Head in executing the product roadmap by owning and ensuring successful delivery of product development and enhancement projects.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Project Management/Governance SupportDesign new life insurance products, enhancements, and solutions to drive KPIs. Ensure the interests of the stakeholders (company, customer, and distribution) and risks are considered in the process.Lead cross-functional teams during the product development cycle following the product development governance. Ensure regulatory, marketing, and technical readiness upon the scheduled launch.Provide project updates to the Product Management Committee including presentation of relevant information to come up with a sound business decision.
    Product StrategyDevelop a strong product/portfolio story and proposition backed by research and ensure this will translate to customer- and distribution-facing materials including the sales illustration.Manage market and competitor intelligence artifacts and reports. Analyze market and competitor trends and propose necessary actions to keep up with the competition.Exercise post-launch monitoring of products, and where necessary, propose campaigns to meet product KPIs.
    Others:Support annual review of the product portfolio.Provide product insights and support to other business units and institutional projects within reasonable and agreed TAT.Execute enhancements to comply with the new regulatory guidelines, if any.

    Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:The E-Learning Manager is responsible for the following management of online learning platform and materials for Eastwest Ageas Insurance.
    Duties and Responsibilities:1. Content Design and Development· Implement the end-to-end ADDIE as it relates to e-learning (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).· Produce curricula and high-quality e-learning modules and online assessments that suit online and blended learning & adult learning principles.· Provide advice and recommendations to EWA subject matter experts with regard to topics that suit the e-learning environment.· Collaborate with EWA Lab Education and Talent Management to develop e-learning modules that support new hire training, new product training and general EWAper development.· Participate in any working group that needs e-learning support; participate in content audit as required; adhere to correct and consistent presentation style across resources developed.· Prepare the storyboard and translates a material into an e-learning course through multimedia development.· Upload and configure a course in the LMS based on the expected learning experience for the learners.· Manage course requests and pipeline of courses to be released through the LMS.
    2. Do regular campaigns if needed.· Utilize LMS reporting capabilities and developing custom reports to assist stakeholders in decision making· Act as first level support to address concerns related to the platform and performs simple processes related to maintenance of the platform.

    Essential Skills / Qualifications: University Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, or any related field.Master’s degree or certification in Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Management is an advantage.At least 5 years of experience in Leadership Development, Sales Training, or Sales Management in the life insurance industry.Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership programs for Agency Leaders.Strong exposure to working with Agency Sales Leaders in the life insurance industry.
