Roles and Responsibility: Accountable for the successful delivery of HR operational activities within the business, partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across functions.Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.Support HR operations projects and continuous process improvement initiatives, including documentation, testing, and implementation of updated workflows.Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and DOLE, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required reports and compliance documentation.Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.Stay current on HR best practices, industry trends, HR technologies, and labor law updates, applying insights to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Administer employee benefits and support end-to-end benefits processing, ensuring timely enrollment, updates, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in HR operations or benefits administration.Experience coordinating with government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE), particularly in preparing and submitting required statutory reports.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and MS Office tools (especially Excel).Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance requirements is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and engagement needs, and deliver tailored programs that promote recognition, well-being, inclusion, and team effectiveness.Lead focus groups, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and propose action plans based on findings.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, leadership, and operations to ensure consistent and meaningful engagement strategies across the organization.Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through open communication, active listening, and timely support.Assist in developing and executing personnel policies, providing guidance and interpretation in alignment with engagement and retention efforts.Conduct thorough investigations of employee concerns or complaints and recommend appropriate actions, ensuring objective and timely resolution.Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.Promote fairness, consistency, and compliance in all employee-related matters, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams when necessary.Champion a culture of employee advocacy by embedding engagement strategies into core HR and business processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically, 1+ year of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, or a related HR function.Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations practices, and labor laws.Experience partnering with business leaders and supporting people managers.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Role and Responsibilities:
Contribute to packaged software and SAP application development projects.Collaborate with the team on coding, testing, and maintenance tasks.Follow coding standards and best practices and participate in code reviews.Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software and application support issues.Learn and apply programming concepts, development techniques, and SAP-related processes.Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Support SAP and other enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of incidents.Assist in application configuration, workflow management, and change management activities.Work with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, and follow ITIL frameworks in application support tasks.Seek guidance from senior team members and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning.
