Primary Accountabilities:
Enterprise Portfolio & Strategic Project Management (Global – focus: EU/APAC)Own end‑to‑end portfolio & project management for Global strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy, NR targets, and organizational priorities.Lead priority strategic enterprise projects as end‑to‑end project owner when assigned.Partner with regional markets, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Digital/IT, HR, and sourcing sites to ensure cross‑functional alignment and execution discipline.Provide early visibility and escalation on risks, delays, interdependencies, and resource constraints.Portfolio Prioritization, Value Management & Benefits RealizationImplement and maintain a standardized enterprise value framework (ROI, margin impact, capability uplift, risk mitigation).Track, monitor, and report benefits realization across strategic portfolios, ensuring ownership and post‑launch accountability.Facilitate quarterly portfolio reviews and annual strategic business reviews for Global and Regional leadership.Support leadership decision‑making by clearly articulating trade‑offs, capacity constraints, and value at risk.Enterprise Governance & Calendar ManagementOwn and manage EU/APAC enterprise governance calendar, integrating innovation, renovation, strategic, supply chain, and planning cycles.Lead Stage Gate governance for EU/APAC markets, ensuring adherence to BMSO standards while enabling speed to market.Identify and manage cross‑market and cross‑site dependencies (e.g., sourcing, regulatory, CAPEX interfaces, supply constraints).Drive consistency in governance, decision rights, and escalation pathways.Strategic Business Planning & Planning Cycle OrchestrationSupport and orchestrate strategic business planning processes, including 3‑year innovation pipeline alignment.Ensure portfolio outputs flow seamlessly into financial planning, resource planning, and commercial execution.Act as a connector between strategy formulation and execution.Leadership, Capability Building & Ways of WorkingServe as a role model for enterprise project and portfolio excellence.Coach and mentor project leaders/managers, Site Project Leads (SPLs), and cross‑functional teams on BMSO methodologies, governance, and best practices.Support PMO capability building, including adoption of standardized tools, dashboards, and reporting.Drive change management and adoption of new ways of working across EU/APAC markets and source sites.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills You Bring
Experience10+ years of experience in Project, Program, and/or Portfolio Management in complex, matrixed, global organizations.Proven experience managing enterprise‑level, cross‑functional portfolios and strategic projects.Strong background in innovation, renovation, and/or transformation programs.Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.Skills & Language:Strategic ThinkingBusiness & Financial AcumenGovernance & Decision SupportAnalytical & Reporting SkillsLeadership & InfluenceChange ManagementAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook.Hands‑on experience with Project & Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com)Highly fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).

Job Purpose
The Hire to Retire - Recruitment and Employee Engagement plays a key role in enabling organizational effectiveness by supporting core HR functions, compliance training, and strategic development initiatives. This role manages end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, assists in organizational development projects, and ensures alignment of team KPIs with company goals. By coordinating with internal stakeholders and initiating engagement tools, the role contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and SelectionIdentify staffing needs and collaborate with department managers to create job descriptions and requirements.Review Manpower Requests submitted by Process Teams and Business Units for accuracy and completeness, providing feedback as necessary to ensure proper processing. Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen and review resumes submitted resumes through job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, and other social medial platform, aligning qualifications with job requirements. Conduct initial interviews/Key Background Review to determine candidate suitability through their educational background, experience, and skills. Administer assessments using People Dynamics to further evaluated candidate suitability and fit for the role. Coordinating and monitoring the interview process from initial screening through the pre-job offer stage, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.Assist in the final selection of candidates, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and compliance documentation.Schedule and conduct New Hire Onboarding Program and introduce HR platforms during the orientation period.
Employee Engagement1. Plan and execute engagement initiatives that boost employee morale, teamwork, and overall workplace satisfaction to ensure a positive employee experience, stronger collaboration, and alignment with organizational values.2. Gather employee feedback and use data to improve the quality and impact of engagement programs using surveys, focus group discussions, and pulse checks to ensure initiatives remain relevant, effective, and responsive to employee needs.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Work Experience· Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Employee Engagement· Work experience in a shared service center (SSC) environment a plus

Job Purpose
The GITBP (Global IT Business Partner), keeps the global ERP System and Group Reporting running smoothly by performing system support and application development in the area of Financial Accounting and Group Reporting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities1. Reviews and translates business process requirements and strategy into strategic program initiatives through IT. 2. Plans, manages, supervises, and leads the development, functional test, system integration test, user acceptance test and deployment efforts towards on time delivery of both business and incident triggered change requests.3. Confirms incident submitted in ServiceNow and ensure all these incidents are properly diagnosed, categorized based on priority, assigned, and resolved on a timely manner. 4. Develops training modules that will be used as one of the support resources among local key users, L-ITBPs and help desks. 5. Performs knowledge transition among Level 1 help desk, local ITBPs, local process owners and local key users by conducting training and/or working discussions. 6. Attends incident and change request status meeting three times a week.7. Defines functional requirements for ongoing systems maintenance and future functionality to meet District requirements and improve system efficiency.8. Consults with other SAP COE team members to identify and resolve unique problems and to ensure the effective integration of solutions among SAP modules.9. Reviews and approves security roles.

Job PurposeThe SAP Transportation Management (TMS) Consultant is a key member of the Global IT Center of Excellence, responsible for the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP TMS solutions. This role actively supports project implementations and Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient transportation processes that support Dole’s global supply chain.
The role partners closely with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, and external vendors to deliver standardized, scalable, and sustainable SAP TMS capabilities.
Key Accountabilities
SAP TMS Solution Delivery• Contribute to end-to-end SAP TMS implementations, including: o Business requirement analysis and fit-to-standard workshopso Functional solution design and system configurationo Preparation of functional specifications for enhancements and integrationso Support of testing phases (SIT, UAT) and defect resolutiono Cutover, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization• Ensure solutions align with global template, COE standards, and best practices.________________________________________BAU Support & System Stability• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP TMS in production environments.• Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.• Support ongoing system stability, performance, and data quality.• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend sustainable fixes.• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and regression testing.________________________________________Process & Continuous Improvement• Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for transportation processes.• Collaborate with business teams to optimize logistics and transportation execution.• Proactively identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization.• Support rollout of enhancements and new functionalities across regions where applicable.________________________________________Stakeholder & Vendor Management• Work closely with: o Global and regional business userso Other SAP COE teams (SD, MM, EWM, Finance, Integration)o External system integrators and support partners• Support change management activities including documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer.• Ensure clear communication of issues, risks, and dependencies to IT and business stakeholders.
Special Skills and Competencies
SAP & Functional Expertise• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM / TMS).• Solid understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including: o Inbound and outbound transportationo Freight order managemento Carrier tendering and collaborationo Freight costing and settlement• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including integration touchpoints.• Understanding of SAP integration concepts (e.g., IDocs, APIs, middleware).
