    Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;Assist with the month-end process, complete management reporting and analysis, including monthly financials, KPIs, project reporting, and other ad-hoc financial analysis as required.Responsible for product costing, inventory valuation and preparation of production and month-end reports. Analyst will also assist in COGS variance analysis as well as investigation of Inventory variances.Assist in preparing the financial records for the annual audit.Assist in preparing forecastResponsible for the recording, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projectsResponsible for completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub-ledger and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustmentsPerform monthly reconciliation of Inventory accounts and ensure that any variance between recorded inventory and physical count is researched and resolvedFacilitate monthly/Annual Inventory countAd Hoc duties as required
    Education & ExperienceGraduate of a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent;Certified Public Accountant (preferred)At least 3-year work experience in related field is required;Oracle, SAP and ERP experience a plusHighly proficient in MS Office applicationsA strong background in Inventory Management and Costing is an advantageThe ability to work in a dynamic and changing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individualsA team mindset and the drive to participate in achieving the entity's goals and objectivesExperience with a manufacturing environment

  • Technical Buyer

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities1. Procurement Execution & CoordinationManage the end-to-end procurement process for semiconductor-related materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.Review and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings to ensure sourcing accuracy.Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze supplier bids, and recommend sourcing decisions based on cost, quality, delivery, and technical compliance.Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management to align material readiness with project schedules and production timelines.Ensure all purchase orders meet internal standards and customer requirements.2. Supplier Sourcing & EvaluationIdentify and qualify local and international suppliers capable of meeting semiconductor industry requirements.Evaluate supplier performance based on price competitiveness, delivery reliability, technical capability, and quality performance.Support supplier audits, technical discussions, and qualification processes in coordination with Quality and Engineering teams.Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to improve responsiveness and cost efficiency.3.     Job Summary: The Production Supervisor oversees and manages daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, optimizing processes, and meeting output targets for polishing, greening, and lens fabrication.
    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    Responsible for:Supervise daily operations in the polishing, greening, coating and lens fabrication processes.Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and material usage.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
    Lead and manage:
    Lead and motivate production operators, ensuring high performance and teamwork.Train and mentor employees on manufacturing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.Conduct performance evaluations, attendance tracking, and conflict resolution.Assign tasks effectively and adjust workloads based on production priorities.
    Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in optics, semiconductor, or precision fabrication).

Process Development & OptimizationDevelop and optimize chemical-mechanical polishing and fine grinding techniques for ZnSe.Establish process parameters (abrasive selection, pressure, speed, slurry composition, pH control, temperature).Reduce defects such as surface haze, scratches, subsurface damage, and roughness through process improvements.2. Production & Quality ControlImplement statistical process control (SPC) for polishing uniformity.Define quality criteria (flatness, roughness, surface irregularities) based on interferometry.Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with optical performance standards (ISO 10110, MIL-PRF-13830B).3.
