YOUR ROLE
The role is accountable for managing critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, ensuring uninterrupted shipment flows across all times and locations. It also provides seamless support to both key accounts and new customers, maintaining service excellence under demanding conditions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Manage AOG situations, acts swiftly to coordinate urgent logistical requirements whether it is import, export or cross trade / drop shipment from pick up to delivery.Ensure shipment continuity, oversee the flow of shipments across all times and locations without disruption.Handle weekend or holiday bookings and rate inquiry, provide reliable coverage during non-standard hours to meet customer needs.Support key accounts, deliver consistent, high-quality service to established clients with complex requirements.Coordinate with internal team, closely work with operations and overseas agents.Data entry in Daily Monitoring Report (DMR), CVIEW and CQUOTE Platform.Monitor and report AOG cases, track incidents, document resolutions, and provide insights for process improvement to immediate supervisor.Maintain compliance and safety standards, ensure all actions align with company business rules and policies.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
