    Account Manager - Work from Philippines
    Position Details: This is a Quota carrying Direct sales professional with an aggressive & forceful personality to engage in local accounts and at executive level both external customers & internal stakeholders on basis of deep understanding of Blackbox value-proposition & capabilities.
    Primary Roles & Responsibilities:You will be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers both internal & external to generate leads & opportunities using cold calling & mails and maintain a robust CRM.Deep understanding of Blackbox offerings in the region and the ability to clearly articulate our value-proposition to Global customers.7+ years of tech sales experience developing enterprise accounts; carrying & achieving an individual quota.Will be Orchestrating complex solutions for the customer using strong collaboration skills across geographies, functions and time zonesMaintains a high volume of customer touches and meets or exceeds call time expectations.You will be responsible for creating quotes and work with internal pricing systems and tech teams to develop competitive proposalsPrior/Current experience of Strong price & terms negotiation skills with partners, vendors and OEMs.Should have excellent communication & time management skillsAchieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators.
    Education / Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Sales or Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience preferredPersonality to engage global accounts and at executive level both external customers & internal stakeholdersStrong prior experience in Sales within in the Philipinnes Market Should have experience in selling Network Infrastructure solutions like Cisco, Philipinnes, Juniper, Extreme Networks, Ruckus

    Sales Manager is the catalyst behind Black Box’s success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and current customers in a designated area or market. Account Managers help solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with Black Box solution(s). Sales Managers own all opportunities and customers and are responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs and effectively understand and respond to customer objections• Connect client’s business objectives with Black Box offerings and solutions• Negotiate and close as many sales campaigns as possible• Provide expertise around particular areas of interest to discuss industry best practices and development of high level strategies• Effectively sell a broad portfolio of products across a wide range of industries• Assist the customer in maximizing the return of their investment with Black Box• Establish yourself as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to the prospect or customer• Partner with sales and additional pre-sales engagement members to align goals and ensure ongoing refinement• Identify and generate leads through effective prospecting and networking
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business required or equivalent experience• 8+ years previous business-to-business experience in one or more of the following areas with a documented track record of success: New business development, Complex and Consultative Sales Environment, or Multiple Pre-Sales Roles within the Software Vertical• Solution selling experience in the IT services and specifically in Network infrastructure such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme networks.• Excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members• Strong time-management and organization skills• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously• Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders• Highly resourceful when need to overcome barriers and objectionsProven record of meeting/exceeding established goal
