  • Senior Credit Risk Manager

    Job Requirements:

  • Account Manager

    Role Purpose:Responsible for sales and marketing, manage and grow client relationship, attend to client’s service and transactional queries and requirements.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    A. Sales and MarketingResponsible for client relationship management, including onboarding of new relationships, makes calls and visits to clients to assess needs, address client concerns and issues, updating clients on new product offerings, etc. Reviews and monitors client accounts and shifts in AUM.Achieve sales targets through cross selling to existing clients, monitor client coverage for products.Provide efficient and professional service to clients, through in depth knowledge of products and processes, in order to attain customer satisfaction.Focus on driving and increasing client deposits, revenue contribution.Analyze the current roster and portfolio of the clients, prepares sales plans to grow the businessSolicits new clients through networking with customers and client calls together with Relationship Managers to sell the payroll product, assess needs, address client concerns.Develop a sales plan according to the identified target prospective and potential personal accounts that will be marketed to.   • Product Manager, Digital Platform & Product Delivery
    Role Purpose:To lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of transaction banking digital channels and solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of payment, receivable, and liquidity products. The role drives innovation by leveraging fintech trends, ensures compliance with market and regulatory requirements, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver client-centric, scalable banking solutions across electronic platforms.
    Responsibilities:Responsible for Transaction Banking Product Management over various electronic channels including Corporate Internet Banking, Corporate Mobile Banking, Host-to-Host Channels and SWIFT-based direct connection solutions.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless implementation on multi-products, including Payment, Receivable, Liquidity management and Electronic Channels (internet banking, Host-to-host, API, SWIFT for corporates).Keep abreast to FinTech applications, proposing new channel features and marketing initiatives, establishing channel programs and ensuring system and documentation readiness.Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes related to electronic banking channels.Responsible for driving new product roll out in relation to transaction banking and digital platform.Work closely with Customer Solution Managers and Segment Management in working out suitable solutions to meet clients’ and market needs.On the job training will be offered for successful candidate to take a short-term assignment in Bank of China Hong Kong.   • Role Purpose:
    To oversee the risks in relating to market, interest rate, liquidity and treasury risk, including but not limited to risk monitoring and ensuring there are no limit breach.Provide risk alert and guidance to the front line and middle office and Independent risk report.Establishing various internal controls in the processes and operations and other RMD functions specified in policies & procedures.To review and analyze the various measurement tools and ensure these tools are comprehensive, accurate, reasonable and commensurate to the market activities of the front line.To ensure that large value transactions are properly identified and assessed in accordance with internal policies.To conduct analysis of the macroeconomy and important sectors of the Philippine economy and to provide support on risk governance.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Review/update/draft market, interest rate and liquidity risk (“MRIRLR”) policies and procedures (P&P) based on Group policies or guidelines as applicable to the bank and BSP requirements. Disseminates/distributes the approved risk policies to the relevant businesses/functions to guide them in the conduct of their businesses/functions. Performs compliance monitoring of these policies and review to ensure approved policies are adhered to.Provide independent risk assessment on treasury risk in the process of relevant transaction approval according to policy requirements. Ensure compliance to regulatory ratios and internal thresholds.Provide risk assessment on large value transactions on its impact to liquidity ratios and IRRBB-related ratios.
