    What will you do?
    Document Controller plays a critical role in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards. They are responsible for the effective administration of project-related documents, facilitating communication amongst stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle. Document Controllers ensure that all documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and complies with Aurecon's quality and regulatory requirement.
    Documentation ManagementEstablish and maintain document control procedures aligned with project requirements and industry standards.Receive, review, and distribute project documentation, ensuring all records are filed accurately and can be easily accessed.Track and manage the version control of documents to ensure the latest information is available to project teams and stakeholders.Prepare and maintain a comprehensive document register that logs all incoming and outgoing project documents.

  • Tax Manager, Asia

    In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering Aurecon’s tax obligations across Asia, providing high-quality tax advice to the business, and supporting strong governance, compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
    You will work closely with Country Managers, Regional Finance Teams, and the broader Group Tax and Finance leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on both domestic and international tax matters.
    Core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
    Lead the preparation and review of income tax returns for Asia entities, including in-depth analysis of cross-border transactions across the full project lifecycle (bid to execution)Manage withholding tax and indirect tax obligations across Asia, ensuring timely compliance across multiple jurisdictionsAct as the primary tax advisor to the business on domestic and international tax matters, with a strong focus on cross-border arrangementsPartner with Country Managers, Regional Finance Teams, and external advisors to manage tax risks, opportunities, and compliance requirementsOversee tax effect accounting for interim and year-end financial reporting, including preparation of tax notes, journals, and supporting documentationLead and coordinate regional tax authority reviews, audits, and tax refund applicationsSupport tax planning initiatives and contribute to the mitigation of tax risk across the Asia regionDrive compliance with evolving tax legislation, including Country-by-Country reporting and BEPS Pillar 2.0 requirementsProvide tax legislation updates and technical position papers to inform and support business decision-makingCollaborate with the broader Finance team to streamline, standardise, and improve tax data and reporting processes

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’. Foundational understanding of Low Voltage (LV) load calculations and ability to perform basic electrical load assessments under guidance.Exposure to earthing/grounding principles and ability to support in preparing preliminary earthing designs.Basic knowledge of equipment selection and sizing (e.g., generators, UPS, switchboards) with the ability to assist senior engineers in gathering data and preparing calculations.Awareness of lightning protection design concepts and familiarity with standards used in system layout and risk assessment.Understanding of Philippine local electrical codes and standards (e.g., PEC, local utility requirements) and the ability to apply them to simple design tasks.Experience using design tools such as ETAP, Dialux, and Revit is advantageous.     The Project Financial Administrator will provide support in managing client engagements throughout the project lifecycle. Offers a wide array of support to management being the central point of project management, time tracking, invoicing, resource planning, business intelligence, and collaboration tools used by many project teams. Be able to add value to the company by introducing solutions can provide visibility into performance metrics such as revenue, cost, utilization, and profit margins.

    What will you do?

    Central point for the set-up within Workday of all Revenue generating projectsSet up and maintenance of non-revenue projects (Capital, Administration, and Business Development) (SLA – Turnaround time within 24 hours)Perform end-to-end process of project setting up and maintenance of both Revenue and Non-Revenue generating project in Workday throughout project lifecycleLiaise with ANZ Project Accountants to ensure project set up or update requests are correct & appropriate documentation is suppliedManagement of Project Hierarchies within workdayAssist in generating client invoices and ensure all invoices are accurateClose projects in Workday as required, including balancing of budget & revenue to billed amountEnsure compliance to Aurecon internal policy and Delegation of AuthorityEnsure data integrity and accurate financial information is maintained in ERP during project life cycle via exception reporting & data updates as requiredPeriodic management of the project population and administration of project closure on at least an annual basisAssist in month end Revenue Recognition processing
    Administration and support of Time Tracking Activity within Workday Finance / PSAMaintenance of time periods within Workday Time TrackingMaintenance of process to complete timesheet on a weekly basisReporting to the business of time analysis for action (unrecorded time, over utilization, underutilization
