    Role Overview:We're looking for a NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role focused primarily on delivering NSPB implementations for our customers with a small portion of time spent supporting our internal NSPB rollout.

    Role Overview: You'll deliver end-to-end Acumatica implementations (discovery - design - build - test - train - go-live - hypercare) and ongoing optimization and support across Financials, Distribution, Project Accounting, and Field Services.     We are currently in need of a forward-thinking HR Officer. This role will be reporting directly to the HR Services Manager.

    The HR Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of employee benefits (company-initiated and government-mandated) and employee relations, including engagement initiatives and handling of labor relations or administrative cases.

    This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and accountability, combined with the ability to challenge and improve processes. The HR Officer is expected to drive improvements that enhance efficiency, cost, turnaround time, compliance, and employee experience, while leveraging tools (including AI) to scale operations.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Benefits Administration (Company-Initiated)Administer and manage company-sponsored benefits (e.g., HMO, allowances, wellness programs, insurance, leave benefits)Ensure timely enrollment, updates, and accurate maintenance of employee recordsServe as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, claims, and concernsPartner with vendors/providers to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution
