    Cost Analyst I (Temporary – Maternity Cover)
    As a Cost Analyst I, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate progress claims, payroll reviews, and cost reporting. You will work closely with various teams to optimize billing, improve processes, and provide key financial insights.
    Financial & Cost AnalysisUtilize systems for claims, payroll, and cost trackingPerform payroll and timekeeping data checksProvide accurate cost reports for budget owners
    Commercial & BillingAssess and maximize client billing opportunitiesResearch unbilled issues and optimize billing processesSupport invoicing and cash recovery based on contract termsCreate job files including POs, contracts, invoices, credit notes, and disputes.Enter hours in Excel / TOMS / systems as required and reconcile against payrollPrepare claims
    Project & Cost ManagementSet up and manage project cost allocationsTrack and approve project-related supplier invoicesEnsure timely and accurate invoicing per project contracts
    Cash Flow & Revenue OptimizationReview WIP post month-end to ensure conversion to invoice occurred in a timely manner; highlight and investigate any issues.Review the cash conversion cycle and monitor the cycle length by contract. Conduct a root cause analysis of delays and initiatives/solutions to speed up the cycle.Attend monthly debtor meetings with AR/Commercial/Project managers/accountants, and assist AR in chasing debtors, WIP, etc.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to build checking for payroll and reporting.Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI is preferred.Strong analytical skills in handling large corporate ERP systems and large data volumesAt least one (1) year of experience in Operations Administration within a similar industryProven experience in client billing processes.Excellent communication skills for close collaboration with Operations teams

    Role Overview
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset administrator to provide maternity cover for a period of 8 months. This role is responsible for delivering and maintaining a high standard of work while performing assigned duties, in alignment with the company's values and commitment to long-term operational success.
    The successful candidate will:Act as the gatekeeper for all Central Operations workflows, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance before requests are processedManage workflow intake and routing, ensuring validated requests are assigned to the appropriate execution owner while minimizing operational inefficienciesProvide visibility and oversight of workflows, proactively identifying potential risks and bottlenecks in execution.
    Job Description:Act as the primary recipient of all Central Operations correspondence across Inventory & Stores, Plant & Equipment, Property, and Scaffold.Validate completeness, accuracy, and document quality of all requests and correspondence.· Redirect validated correspondence to the relevant execution owner.· Monitor workflow and provide oversight on volume, bottlenecks, and execution risks.· Act as the primary communication liaison for all correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.· Raise purchase orders for Central Operations requirements, ensuring accuracy and correct coding in a timely manner.· Process invoices in the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy, and escalate any discrepancies.· Review compliance certification, service reports, and supporting documentation to ensure adherence to governance and quality standards.· Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill, or experience.
    Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in operational administration or compliance roles.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Experience using Microsoft products, SharePoint, and Power BI is preferred.Experience with ERP systems is required; Pronto Xi experience is preferred.
