About the role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts in the FSI and Banking sectors. This role focuses on solution selling, client engagement, and strategic market entry, requiring a strong background in SaaS or system integration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You will:- Develop and enhance sales and business development plans through due diligence, understanding of client markets (quantitative and qualitative), and competitor analysis- Drive the software and service revenue by achieving individual sales quotas.- Focus on solution selling for prospecting and engaging key stakeholders / C-levels and closing opportunities- Identify and define needs, articulating value proposition, differentiating competition and positioning for new market entry- Report on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecast.- Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory- Handle Key Account clients ( FSI & Banking)

About the roleWe are hiring a Product Manager to own, design, and deliver products and capabilities enabled by the Advance Tier license. This role sits at the intersection of regulation, data, risk, and commercial outcomes, not just UI features.
You will work closely with regulators, data partners, data science (Regional), engineering (Regional), legal/compliance, and commercial teams to turn regulatory access into real, monetizable products.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our go-to-market efforts across both our AI-driven eKYC and risk management solutions (AAI) as well as our credit bureau offerings (CBP). This leadership role is critical to driving revenue growth, deepening enterprise relationships, and scaling our presence in the Philippines' ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in enterprise solution sales, preferably in fintech, regtech, or SaaS, with a deep understanding of both commercial strategy and technical solutioning. You must be capable of leading the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity generation to deal closure and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire sales lifecycle: from lead generation, opportunity management, and contract negotiation to post-sale relationship growth and account expansion.Create and implement effective strategic account plans that include:Revenue forecastingMarket penetration strategiesTargeted account mappingCross-functional resource planningIdentification of key influencers and decision-makersOwn and execute the sales strategy across both AAI (eKYC, risk, fraud prevention, AI-based automation)and CBP (credit bureau products, data partnerships, scoring solutions).Drive new business by leveraging an existing portfolio of high-value client relationships, particularly in banking, financial services, fintech, and government sectors.Develop and maintain deep, consultative relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on both product and market strategy.Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships across all levels, serving as a liaison between internal teams and customers to deliver superior outcomes.Lead the development of strategic sales plans using data-driven insights and business analysis tools to:Identify and track revenue trendsRecognize sales opportunitiesAnalyze competitive threats and market shiftsMaintain a strong grasp of our technical product capabilities, competitive landscape, and pricing structure to clearly articulate the differentiated value of AAI & CBP offerings in client engagements.Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Compliance, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive integrated go-to-market execution.Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Country Manager.
