    Duties and Responsibilities
    1. HSE Leadership & GovernanceDevelop, implement, and enforce the Project HSE Plan across all sites.Ensure full compliance with:Philippine OSH Laws and DOLE regulationsClient safety requirementsCompany HSE policies and proceduresServe as the highest safety authority at project level.Lead and mentor Safety Officers and site safety staff.
    2. Implementation of the Japanese Daily Safety Cycle The Safety Manager shall institutionalize and strictly enforce the Daily Safety Cycle (DSC) as a mandatory daily routine on all sites:

    3.     4.     5.   • Construction Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing Actuate Builders Inc.’s (ABI) business development and client acquisition strategies. The role focuses on generating high-value opportunities within the construction, engineering, design-build, and fit-out industry, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with ABI’s strategic direction and Four Promises: Quality Craftsmanship, Safety First, Excellent Client Experience, and On-Time Delivery.The Sales Manager serves as a key representative of ABI, building a strong pipeline of projects, managing end-to-end sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, QS, Estimating, Finance, People & Culture) to deliver winning proposals and service excellence.
    Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Development & Sales StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.Identify, qualify, and pursue new clients, opportunities, and partnerships in private and government sectors.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry scanning to inform sales strategies.Expand ABI’s network through industry events, client meetings, and project presentations.B. Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key accounts, developers, owners, and project management teams.Maintain active communication and provide exceptional client experience consistent with ABI standards.Gather client requirements and ensure alignment with internal departments during bidding, negotiation, and project onboarding.C. Sales Monitoring & ReportingDevelop and maintain an organized sales pipeline and forecasting dashboard.Track conversion rates, client engagement, project leads, and revenue performance.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for Senior Management.E. Leadership & CollaborationMentor and guide junior sales or marketing associates (if applicable).Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, brand visibility, and sales collateral.Coordinate with Operations for site visits, walk-throughs, and project briefings.
