    ACCIONA is looking for a Interface/Coordination/Integration Manager for its infrastructure construction business. This position will be based at San Fernando, Pampanga (Philippines) project site.
    Key Responsibilities: Reviewing Project Scope of work, Strategies, execution plan, Constructing Strategies, etc. Limiting the battery limits and resolving the scope gaps.Interface coordination with various parties such as Consortium partner, Detailed engineering, Installation Sub-Contractor, Rail Systems, external stakeholders, Construction coordination, expediting engineering deliverables, resolving construction issues. Creating the associated interface management documents and getting its approvals and endorsements.Document according to interface management plan the request and exchange of design documents among contractors and subcontractors that support interface resolution.Maintain the required interface documentation as per interface management plan.
    Required Skills and Competencies:Technical and commercial background with a degree in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or MEP.     We are looking of a Polluction Control Officer to join the Construction team at our Kalayaan site in Laguna, Philippines, where we are building a 101 MW Wind Site.
    The Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is responsible for ensuring overall environmental compliance of the project and for supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of the Contractor’s Pollution Control Officer, to ensure adherence to applicable environmental laws, ECC conditions, DENR regulations, and project-specific environmental commitments.

    We are looking for an O&M Site Manager to lead the asset management for our Kalayaan 2 Wind farm, once construction is finalized. The position will report hierarchically to the Managing Director of Acciona Energía Southeast Asia, and functionally to the Southeast Asia O&M Manager based at the company's headquarters in Spain.
    The position will be responsible for Asset Management and O&M activities for the Project, located in the Paete and Kalayaan districts, Laguna Province, approximately 80 km from Manila.

    We are looking for a Grid Code Engineer to be part of the Engineering team in our Makati Office. This role will report to the Engineering Director, and will have a regional scope, which includes mainly Philippines, but also Thailand and Vietnam.
    The mission of the Grid Code Engineer is to identify and reduce risks associated with the interconnection of renewable power plants (curtailments, planning and grid code compliance) at the earliest possible stage of project development, especially before the investment decision. Participate actively in the connection process so that energization and COD are secured on time.
    Job DescriptionTasks during investment decision process:Development of technical specifications that define the scope of studies necessary to calculate the annual curtailments due to the lack of evacuation capacity in the network (congestion analysis). Participation in the evaluation, hiring and management of power system consultants.Carrying out and/or reviewing congestion analysis of the projects of the Acciona Energía portfolio in South East Asia. Including scenarios development and steady-state studies to evaluate the power evacuation capacity of the bus to which the renewable plant under study will connect. Studies will include power flow analysis (N and N-1) and short-circuit analysis.Analysis of the applicable Grid Codes to raise possible risks or new developments necessary in the technology used.Analysis of the applicable connection process to ensure planned energization and COD dates are achieved. Review of the information provided by TSO during the connection process.Participation in the design of inverters, wind turbines and connection equipment (including reactive power compensation) to ensure grid code compliance and to support in the calculation of the capex of the project.Coordination with the Business Development, Power Marketing, Engineering, Planning and wind/solar Resource departments.
    Tasks during project construction:Development and negotiation with suppliers of WTGs/inverters, PPC and SCADA specification to comply Grid Code and internal requirements.Review WTGs/inverters and PPC simulation models (PSSE, PSCAD or others) provided by OEMs before submission to consultants or TSOs. This is done developing full wind or solar model and performing internal Due diligence through simulations to demonstrate grid code compliance.Manage and review consultant studies needed to obtain energization approval. Support these studies actively doing studies in house and collaborating with OEM modelling team.Manage and review Grid code tests to obtain COD. Review and amend reports. Support actively with analysis and simulations and close relationship with WTGs/inverter providers.

    We’re looking for a Permitting Supervisor to join the permitting team in the Philippines, under the Business Development department. As a Permitting Supervisor, you will execute permitting activities for the company’s renewable energy projects in different areas of the Philippines, ensuring timely acquisition of national and local permits. You will be a key player by managing risks, maintaining government relationships, and ensuring project development milestones are met.
    Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and develop day-to-day permitting activities, securing required permits and approvalsMonitor permit applications, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely submission and approvalsIdentify operational risks or delays in permitting and propose solutionsMaintain accurate permitting records, trackers, and dashboards for ongoing projectsCoordinate with project development teams, technical teams, and other departments to ensure permit-related deliverables align with project schedulesLiaise with government agencies (ERC, DoE, NGCP, DAR, LGUs) and environmental or cultural authorities (DENR, NCIP, HLURB) for permit submissions and follow-ups
