Ensures all claims related issue are properly reported and coordinated with claims team.- 2 working days upon receipt of claim form and IR Handling purchases of office and operational supplies. Monitors all undelivered and un-updated cargoes.- Daily Ensure proper monitoring and control of CFS office supplies. Sends pre alerts/advisory to all Branches, Agents and operations team for the urgent cargoes.- Daily Coordination with concerned BU’s on repairs and other issues in CFS in relation to admin functions. Attends the Business Review with the clients, Monthly Meeting and/or Emergency Meeting with the clients.- per Schedule Coordination with suppliers on securing quotations and confirmation of repairs in relation to equipment, warehouse and building repairs and maintenance. Ensures all booking requirements of 2Go Express are provided including direct co-loading, co-loading via shipping and direct shipping. Coordinates closely with 2Go Express BUs for any changes in booking details and vessel schedule from both 2Go Shipping and other shipping lines. Coordinates SAT, SALES, CIC, RNMT, Luzon Network Team and CFS Booking Coordinator in booking requirements and booking confirmation. Ensures booking requirement, cancellation and confirmation agreed cut-offs are meet. Sending of final booking confirmation to 2Go Shipping. Coordinates with the AVP–Domestic Sales, in prioritizing containers for loading, if need be. Ensures that all booking for Express FCL and LCL are load listed. Ensures that Booking management 2P’s are being followed. Prepare Reports needed by management from Booking Management Team. Co-loading with separate 2P’s. And other booking management functions that may be assigned by immediate Leader. Inbound Coordinator Monitor transfer of inbound container from docking pier to CFS warehouse within 24hrs. Coordinates shipping coordinator for the transfer of inbound containers. Process BOC or any government documents in case of ON HOLD LCL/FCL transactions. Secure ATP (Authority To Pull Out) container and endorse to Shipping Coordinator. Perform Dispatching based on the dispatching documents prepared by Operation Supervisor. Monitor stripping of inbound container in terms of completeness and condition upon stripping. Perform weekly inventory of cargoes in the inbound warehouse and submit to Operation Supervisor. Submit report to Operation Supervisor on list of cargoes staying more than 30 days in the warehouse in a weekly basis. Ensure all containers transferred will be stripped within 24 hours from transfer date. In charge in proper arrangement of cargoes based on planned storage of inbound cargoes. Submit list of production to Operation Supervisor in a daily basis as to: No. of container stripped for the day No. of dispatched cargoes to hangar No. of released pier transactions No. of direct dispatch for the day Submit list of transactions with discrepancy as to documents (CSR/packing list/pre alert) against actual stripping. Ensure that all documents required in releasing cargo is complete prior to releasing to client or OTO for direct dispatch door delivery and transfer of cargoes to HGO. Booking Coordinator Monitoring files of full containers. Ensures correct and accurate data/statistic of CFS full containers. Issuance of PBL with correct details to shipping coordinator as document for transfer of containers to 2Go Shipping. Validation and reconciliation Cargo Stuffing Report against Scanning Details. Ensures all uploading are complete and correct during offline. Monitor release and return of RF Scanners. Sends pre alert to branches for all containers loaded in a particular vessels/destination. Maintains vessels schedule both for 2Go Shipping and other shipping lines schedules. Ensures Operation UL’s are informed on the pending NCBV containers. Ensures processes and procedure of booking coordinators are complied. Provide complete and accurate details/data to CSR for reports purposes. Coordinates with EBMT on the allocation/confirmation of vessel voyage. And other functions that may be assigned by the immediate leader. Customer Service Attend inquiries and concerns for outbound/inbound from both external and internal customers thru email and phone calls (Includes SAT accounts not passing thru DNS Pier Operations)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Ensures correct and accurate information is given to both external and internal customers. Prepares Daily Monitoring Report for the days activity (as to no. of calls and inquiry, no. of minutes certain call is attended. Coordinate with Operations / CDT for the resolution of the inquiries. Ensure advise for requiding/delays/cancellation of vessel departures are monitored coming from 2Go Freight Customer Service. And other functions that may be assigned by the immediate leader.
